Met the Owner Kevin, Very Impressed, Managers at 2 of the locations, great peeps, 4 Stars as at the Sidney Baker Stand Alone, the day I met Kevin, I was walking out Coffee in one hand, briefcase in the other and a young employee in Full Uniform RIGHT in front of me let the door slam on me, I said "That was RUDE" she just looked back and walked off.

I'm not much of a fast food person but we did come in with alot of people and the staff were on their A game.

Just got a hot mocha - which was not very hot. It was ok. Price matches what you get.

I actually like McDonald's more so since last Saturday. I tried using their mobile app to use my earned rewards points so I could purchase a quarter pounder and in turn, get the 2nd one for free. Unfortunately for me there was a glitch while using the app because it took 6300 rewards points towards this offer, but I didn't get the receive the QP nor a free one. In fact the mobile code didn't come up so u just paid for the burger. I went back to same location about 30 minutes later to buy vanilla cones this time I spoke to the manager who couldn't assist me to get my points back so instead she gave me a refund for purchase of the QP and 1 free vanilla cone.

Sorry, but when I am in town a Big Mac with fries is one of my Guilty Pleasures. They always come thru for me. 😊 I am a satisfied customer...on occasion.

I ordered my Iced Caramel Coffee by mobile app to the wrong McDonalds location and the manager and staff during lunch time on 5/5/2023, was kind enough to extend me great customer service by still honoring my order instead telling me to go the original McD's location that I ordered from, which kept me from arriving late to work. Kerrville has some lovely kind people but not always efficient customer service at local fast food and large chain restaurants, which I am used to in SA, but this McD's certainly goes above the 5 star rating when it comes to CS🤩🤩

I know, I know...its fast food, but the service was great. Entire experience was joyful. And the food was good. Great temperature and taste. McDonald's is a childhood memory for me. So as a whole grown adult I appreciate Mickey D's every once in a while 🥰

Great staff. I had a pretty big order and they got it all correct. The staff double checked that everything was good before we took off. It wasn't too busy when I stopped by but we were definitely not the only ones in line. They still managed to get our order out in a timely manner, even tho it was a pretty big order.

My goodness McDonald's you have come a long way with your employees! This McDonald's was fast also, food was fresh, drive thru was friendly. I didn't go in but I can pretty much say that I'm sure it was clean.If your employees care about what they look like and take pride in themselves then they will take pride in the workplace! Thank you all for a pleasant experience!

I went through the drive-thru. There was no line. The guy taking the order was friendly as was the girl the girl taking payments. I received my food quickly. I had asked for changes on my burger and they did it right. They fries were actually somewhat crispy. It was a great experience.

Despite the fact that my out-of-control spawn were yammering, arguing and generally being horrible the whole time I was trying to order, they got the order correct and quickly. The fries were even scalding fresh, not heat lamp horrible - the memory of which bumped my review from 4 to 5 stars. Kudos McDonald's.

Consistently wonderful Across the Nation and indeed the world we are very pleased with the service and the delicious food from McDonalds. We would suggest however that you put back up the Privacy barriers that were placed due to covid last year. We still need them. We don't want kids hanging over our shoulders coughing and screaming.

I don't know what the problem was, but the staff did a wonderful job coping with it. The food was hot, fast, and delicious. The line went smoothly and everyone was polite even under pressure.

They were extremely fast, efficient, and served service with a smile. We had gone to chicken express and they got everything wrong, the price, the order, etc. Glad I can always rely on a McDonald's to at least be competent, elt alone as good as this one

I go to this location at least once a week. Never have had a single issue. One of the more organized fast food options in town. Drive thru is pretty quick considering how busy they are.

I was so impressed with your employee named Kelly. She was polite, helpful and very considerate to all the customers. She went the extra mile to make sure customers had what they needed, helped them with refills on drinks, and getting additional items to add to their meals. What a pleasant experience. When entering parking lot the instructions were simple to understand!! Both employees were very polite and well mannered. I went through drive thru!! Speedy and safe!! Enjoy Macdonalds original recipes and friendly service!! Yumminess is the treat!! God bless!!🙏🇺🇸🌷🇺🇸🙏👌✌👍❤

Always quick service and orders are always correct and yummy

Very nice and friendly staff. Had a special order and they made it exactly as I ordered. The food was delicious and the whole experience was a nice one. Will definitely be back.

Wonderful place! Working hard to make sure those who want to dine in are also social distancing. Very efficient... food was out quick and the manager was very kind and very hard-working.
