Mattress Firm Jackson

I researched and knew what type of mattress I wanted (inter coil spring with with a pro coil edge). I didn’t know which mattress brands had these features. We also wasn’t sure of what firmness we wanted. Larry shared his vast knowledge of mattresses and allowed us to try different firmness of mattresses. Larry was very helpful and am glad we stopped in.

I was in desperate need of a mattress. Jerry helped me find the perfect one for me! he was very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. Would definitely recommend going in to this mattress firm if you need help looking for a mattress. Thank you Jerry!

Larry is very friendly and knowledgeable about all of the mattresses we looked at, which was just about every one in store. He wasn’t pushy and didn’t rush us to make a decision. Very impressed with the total mattress buying experience thanks to him!

Miss Jackie and Mark were very professional and friendly. They actually LISTENED to what we were looking for and tried us on a couple of different brands, firmness, and motion dampening. It was great. Financing is amazing and no payments until after delivery. Definitely recommend this store!

Jerry was great to work with. He is very knowledgeable about the products, takes his time to explain what ever we asked. He is not pushy and trying to up sale you. He makes the experience smooth and easy.

We bought a Tempur Pedic mattress 2 years ago and we love it. I could never get the App to work so I went by the store and met Larry Hunt. He did not even work there 2 years ago but he came out to our home on his day off twice to help us with the App. He is the definition of great customer service. We appreciate him so much!!!

I went to the Mattress Firm Store in Jackson, TN today to purchase a new King mattress. Mr. Jerry Stanfill assisted me in evaluating my options and choices. I eventually purchased a Sealy Posturepedic mattress and I am thrilled with the purchase. Jerry was EXTREMELY professional, knowledgeable, courteous and patient in assisting me. I would HIGHLY recommend him as a sleep expert with whom to consult at this store!

I will start off by saying that I've bought many mattresses in my life. 100% of them came with a shady salesperson. Mr. Jerry didn't make my wife and I feel that way. In fact if it wasn't for Mr. Jerry we would still be looking for a bed. This man put our minds to rest. He sold us because he was honest and forthcoming with information. We have heard every sales tactic in the book except the honest truth. Even on the things we anticipated him lying about he cared enough to tell us up front. The world needs more people like Jerry Stanfill. We haven't tested/received the mattress yet as we just placed our order today it's supposed to be delivered tomorrow. And if I need to update this review I absolutely will. But from today's experience 9/28/2023 I absolutely recommend any and everyone that can afford a higher end bed go to Mattress Firm. I'm NOT saying that because I'm rich. We save for big purchases and expected the price. They seem to have comparable prices to other stores but they are specifically a mattress store so they have the most experience when it comes to determining how best to help us as consumers. Hopefully we can finally, after many beds, get a good night's sleep. 😴 💤

I have NEVER met a more caring salesman than Mr. Jerry. He knew that I didn't have a lot of money to spend but he didn't talk down to me or make me feel that he could not help me. What I was so appreciative of is that he didn't try to guilt me into something that I could not afford and the fact that he understands his product. I walked out of Mattress Firm very excited believing that I purchased the best mattress My Money Could Buy. I just wish every store had a Jerry .

My experience at Mattress Firm in Jackson was great! Jerry was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and which ones would work with my needs as a side sleeper who doesn’t like to sleep hot!

My sales expert, Jerry Stanfill, was very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs from the minute we walked into the store. Our delivery was scheduled for that Friday. I actually ended up missing my delivery window and Jerry had them load it in the back of his personal truck and he delivered it himself to my house after work. Not only did he deliver it but he also proceeded to set both the base and the mattress up. I have been in the customer service/retail business for quite sometime and this epitomizes customer service. It has been years since I have had anyone from any company go as far as Jerry did for me tonight. I am grateful we chose to go with Mattress Firm of Jackson on the sole basis of Jerry because of both his expertise and compassion. Ask for him. You won’t be disappointed.

Knowledgeable sales associates helped us make the difficult decision on which Tempurpedic mattress to purchase. Very personable, friendly and no hard pressure sales.

This is our 5th time buying here in the past 13 years! Always agood experience! And the 120 day trial period is great when trying new mattresses not in the store.
