Had a minor issue on a return and they went above and beyond to make sure it was right. Customer service isn’t always easy but Miles was a 10. Mistakes are gonna happen, you can always handle it professionally with a positive attitude and that’s exactly how I was treated. I would much rather shop local so I will definitely be back!

Love going to this store. Occasionally we can find good sales. The workers were very helpful in helping us order something online that they didn't have there in the store and had it shipped for free to our house.

Stopped here looking for a specific type of jacket to wear in scotland weather. Despite having issues with their computers, the staff was very helpful and were able to work around their computer issues without holding us or anyone else up. We found what we were looking for and got our jackets at an awesome price (my jacket was normally $170.00 and was on clearance for $44.00). Very happy with our experience.

I stopped by and found everything just fine. Staff seemed very friendly and helpful and best of all they will price match certified retailers even if it's online. THEY WILL ALSO STEAM YOYR BASEBALL GLOVE SO ITS BROKEN IN BEFORE THE FIRST INNING OF ANY GAME!!!! WICKED COOL!!!

On November 13, 2020, we stopped in looking for a pair of softball cleats for my daughter for her upcoming game on Saturday November 14th. We were particularly looking for a pair of solid white Nike cleats......there were none on the shelf......we had settled on another pair and brand, white and grey, when Ashley came over to help. We had made mention of what we were initially looking for and she said what about some solid white Nike's, I think we have some in the back!!! About 10 mins later, she came back with exactly what my daughter was looking for and the right size!!! Thank you Ashley for all your help and willingness to go that extra mile!!!!

Great Customer service. I recently bought a weapons safe and the store associate even helped me setup the lock code before leaving the store.
