Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

The tellers at this bank are the absolute best. It gets really busy sometimes but everyone is efficient, nice and helpful. Beth is my go-to but they’re all great!

I visited the De Zavala Rd branch two weeks ago without an appointment for some emergency paperwork on two of my accounts, and the staff and management were friendly and efficient and completed my requested change quickly. It's not my primary banking location, but I came away wishing it were!

I went to the bank to get papers notarized and the manager said there would be a 45 minute wait. I didn't have time so he immediately suggested making an appointment for the next day, which he made for me. At my appointment the representative was with me on time, was pleasant and efficient. Great service.

It is open on Saturday. This was really big for me because many locations are closed early or do not open. The employees are very courteous and try to get you through quickly. Not usually long lines, however getting there towards closing time is not recommended because De Zavala is a really busy street at that time and the traffic may make you late or it will not be easy leaving. They have an ATM right next to their front door that is not behind closed doors so if you would prefer to find a location where only you can have access to the machine anyone can walk up to it.

I love this location very kind and very clean. Vanja and Melissa are two great people, very patient and kind, Vanja took her time explained things and opened my eyes to opening a bussiness account thanks to her I now have one!! I would highly suggest this location look for Vanja or Melissa you won’t be disappointed..

Great service from Vanja and Adam. Took care of all my needs quickly and correctly with a smile. Nice new interior. Yes this is a busy location, so allow time depending on the day or come at 9am to be first! Thx.

Natalie is awesome! I had to go by the bank to withdraw some money due to an emergency but the lobby was still closed and the walk up atm has a limit on what you can withdraw so I was out of luck getting any money out until Natalie was walking into work and I asked her if she could help me with my issue, well she was able to assist me with my withdraw and get me on my way, Natalie was so professional and courteous I wish their were more people like Natalie Thank you!

Great experience. Debit card was taken at ATM and young lady at entrance set my phone up with Google pay in five minutes while still taking care of the customers as they came in.

It is Christmas Eve morning and the lobby of the bank was crowded I was greeted by the Mgr of the branch who was very helpful to me in my transaction the teller Michelle also was very very wonderful in regards to helping me this is an excellent branch of Bank of America
