As a former employee of Dr.Jones, I would give him 5+ Stars if it were an option. I have never worked for a physician who is as conscientious and thorough as he. Just as his time is valuable, he firmly believes his patients’ time is just as valuable - you will never be sitting in the waiting room for long if you keep your appointment time. And speaking as an employee, he was always fair as far as salary, pregnancy leave, vacation time and many other things. In this Me,Too age, a woman would never have to fear being alone with Dr. Jones. He was the consummate professional. He always had us working with the latest technology available - he even wrote his own software that allowed for other ways to make the office more efficient. He was far ahead of his time, way before EHR came into being. By the end of each day all of our call backs, prescription refills, dictation, and accounting had to be done before we left. But that was easy because Dr. Jones kept things moving so that we could wrap up things and were able to go home. Dr. Jones’ philosophy was preventive medicine. He was thorough, always gave his patients plenty of time, and if he couldn’t “fix” your particular problem, he had a network of specialists that he would refer you to in a very prompt fashion.

I highly recommend Dr. Jones. He is an excellent doctor and his concierge service which does away with the insurance companies is the new way to health care. Other doctors around the States have adopted this with much success.
