AT&T Store

I was greeted and assisted with my needs right away by a friendly, helpful & knowledgeable young woman. Everything could not have been better!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I rated the first question incorrectly. It should have been #5 on the #1 question. Forgive that error! Cody was great!! He knows the solutions to every need and question. So helpful. We left feeling better, satisfied after the second ice storm in Austin!! Thank you, Cody!

The day before, I went to another location to get a new SIM card. After nearly two hours with the in-store reps and the tech support guy, I walked out with a nonfunctioning phone. NOT GOOD! This morning, I dropped by the Burnet Rd (Allandale) location and was immediately greeted by Cedric. I explained the issue and shared my frustration. Within 10 minutes, Cedric had my phone working properly by changing a simple setting on my phone. He did this while also juggling two other customers. He was professional, personable, and patient. He solved an issue that two attendants and an AT&T tech support guy couldn't figure out in two hours. Cedric's a true pro!

I arrived just as the store opened, and was handled instantly. The young man who helped me was knowledgeable, kind, patient and also a good salesperson. He upsold me more than I'd planned, but enlightened me as to why each item was beneficial!

I have a corporate account so it complicated things at the store to get my number on new phone. Roman was absolutely committed to delivering the best customer service and helped work through multiple hurtles over the course of a day to finally get my number on to new phone. The complexities had to do with my access and it was the day before Thanksgiving. Anytime I need anything moving forward I will be sure to visit Roman to get things handled.

I walked in there in full on panic mode, my work iphone wasn't charging and there was something stuck in the port. Brianna helped me get it out quickly and with such a great attitude!

This store is now smaller but Cody was very helpful getting two seniors through the process of upgrading our phones. Great products and great service.

I absolutely love the AT&T store on Mopac in Austin, Texas! The customer service is top-notch and the store is always clean and well-organized. The employees are always friendly and helpful, and they go out of their way to make sure I'm getting the best possible service. I would highly recommend this store to anyone in the Austin area!

Michael Cirigliano met me as I came in the door. My phone was dying and my new phone had been delayed in shipping by UPS so time was critical if I wanted to protect my data. He spent over an hour and solved all of the problems. Great store with great service.

I had been really anxious about going into the store, expecting to be hassled about service plans, upgrades, contracts, and all the other horror stories you hear about stores. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Kristine. Within minutes, she had gotten me a better plan than I came in with, for $20 cheaper per month, and had me out of the store with a brand new iPhone 8 in about 30 minutes. She was very knowledgeable and respectful, and didn't hassle me or try to up-sale. I had an excellent experience and will be back next time I need a new phone!

Jordan made my experience upgrading my phone a pleasant one; super helpful and a great guy. This store is clean and everyone's always ready to help you out. 10/10 would come back for sure.

We usually don't have a great experience when we have to go to the phone store. We went to this location and Sam was a great help. He listened to us and helped us determine a solution and save a ton of money on our new phones. Never felt like he was trying to sell us something. Thanks, Sam! We will be going to this store from now on.
