I walked in not knowing much between the different types of vaporizers. Taylor is very knowledgeable and helped me make an informed decision based on my needs. I was kindly greeted and enjoyed the experience. Well done!

Awesome!!! Helped me with some vape issues I'd been having zero luck figuring out with multiple other shops. I am now safely and happily (and affordably) vaping away, they know their products well, and do not make you feel dumb or annoying when asking questions 😁 highly recommend.

Come here every other week to pick up my juice. Always open when I need them, always friendly, and have what I need. Said they'll be moving soon last time I stopped in. I usually stop by and it's right on my way home. The new location is unfortunately in the other direction, but hopefully I'm still able to stop in to get what I need. Thanks for the great customer service though!

The owner and Taylor are very knowledgeable of their products. It's always nice to be greeted with a nice gesture and a smile. The store is small but the Space Management is utilized well. The store looks and smells clean They have competitive pricing and they're up to Snuff on the laws, rules, and regulations. I recommend the store to anyone. 😊💨

Really nice little shop in an odd spot but definitely the kindest and most helpful service I've ever received at a vape shop. I am happy to have discovered it's location, which is close to my house yet not the closest.. All that being said it's the only one I'll be going to for all of my future vaping needs and I can say that without a doubt.
The guy working the counter was super friendly and very knowledgeable save had everything I needed. It seems he was even knowledgeable about short lived and discontinued vape accessories I have and even had parts to fit! Being kind and helpful as an individual in a store or specialty shop is the key to winning over your customers and I feel like he was the key to this one's success, so I wish both the shop and my knowledgeable young friend much of it.

Nice place good people. This is a small business that strives to please. I go there often and can not complain at all. They have even waited for me to show up before closing once. i for one do try to support small business, and this business is worth the trip and I'm happy to spend my money there.

Kenn is amazing! He has great prices and great selection of products and liquids. Most of all, he is extremely knowledgeable! I have tried a few places, but I have never received the service that Ken gives me and his customers. If you are out in Kyle, Buda, South Austin, he is definitely worth the visit!

Recently moved to the area and Vaper Basics was the closest location - I desperately needed some coils and thankfully they were well stocked with what seemed to be a bit of everything. The man working there was friendly as can be. Great place for salt nic vapers and cloud chasers alike :)

Absolue n00b here besides some knowledge friend.
Walked in and was greeted by Kenn in a very friendly and warm manner. First impressions, right? Well the first impression of friendly and warm didn't wear off at all. I told Kenn what I needed and was interested in and got a fountain of knowledge with a great selection of options he suggested to me. I am 100% satisfied with the setup he put together for me and the 1 flavor he suggested along with eager to try the other flavor I picked out. Keep up the great work Kenn, I will surely be seeing you again!

I have been to Vaper Basics twice in the past month and been assisted by Hailey both times. She is awesome, kind, and extremely knowledgeable! On my first visit, she helped me pick out my vape and liquid, along with explaining the product specs and setting it up for me so that it was ready to use before I walked out of the store. On my second visit to get more juice and coils, she even remembered the vape that I had bought since I forgot to bring mine in and sold me the matching coils and even introduced me to better coils for my use.

I highly recommend Vaper Basics and if you get the chance to have Hailey assist you, I promise you will have a great experience! 👍👍

I have been to this store at least half a dozen times and have nothing but positive experiences. Ken is super nice and informative. I have had all my questions answered and requests filled. They offer a wide variety of juices and products/supplies. Conveniently located off the freeway and lucky me, between work and home. Keep up the great work!

In my venture of quiting smoking and going to vaping plus me researching online and buying products here and online from other companies. He has ordered juices on my preference, educated me on mods, pens, and juice. He has always made me feel like I'm a valuable customer. One of the best local businesses in Kyle. Veteran friendly!

Just thought I'd throw in my two cents. Especially after seeing others try to bash this place. The owner of this shop is the most friendly and knowledgeable person in the business. Always has a new thing to recommend (that always tastes great) and a wide variety of juice. Not to mention, I never have to wait for someone to try out 10 flavors before they decide to buy the first one they tried. My visits here are always quick and to the point.

I go in about once every two months, but Kenn is always willing to help me out and let's me take my time trying out new flavors. I've never felt ignored and he's never been rude to me at all.

My go to, local vape shop that I visit weekly/bi-weekly.

I used to go to DapperHouse (and don't get me wrong, they are nice guys & have a pretty good selection of boutique flavors) - but I went in weekly for 2 months trying to get my regular flavor & they never bothered to re-order it or tell me when they would...that got annoying & has not been a problem since I switched to Vaper Basics.

The owner makes sure he's stocked up on my favorite flavors, gives regular discounts to regulars & seems a friendly & knowledgeable guy. I saw one of the reviews say the owner is rude - maybe you caught him on a bad day or talked to someone else? I dunno' - he's always been nothing but nice to me so I thought that kind of strange.

He was kind and easily helped me get my first vape set. But he's only one man in the store so you do have to be a little patient when he's helping others. It's worth it though. I look forward to visiting once in a while for refills ♡

Taylor provided me with excellent service and information on a wide range of juices. Stayed open a bit past their closing time just so I could get juice. That is awesome! Come here if you’re looking for any new juices, devices, etc! Thanks guys!

Visiting Vaper Basics is never a dissappointment! I tend to ask a lot of questions, and I like to learn as much as I can about what I am buying, and Ken is always patient and informative. Best of all, Ken shares his knowledge on his vape products honestly and objectively, as opposed to someone who is just throwing a sales pitch. I always come away from each visit completely satisfied, and always confident in my purchases. I highly recommend Vaper Basics! Check them out, it's worth the visit!

Had to run in quick for a couple of replacement items and called ahead from the parking lot. Taylor got the items together and had them ready for me to zip in and zip out. Great service!
