My experience at Live Oak family dental care was superlative. Walking in at my appointment time or earlier, I never have to wait. They always take me in ASAP. Such a warm and friendly environment.

Today was my 1st appointment. It was very nice. Scheduling was with ease. I was called back immediately. My dental hygienist was very caring and gentle. Always checking on me. They took their time. The denist was really thorough and Sweet. Even when I checked out they were very friendly. I went to my old denist for 25 years..Its hard to switch. Glad I did. Great overall experience. I would highly recommend this dental office.

I felt like they really cared about my dental health and were very friendly. Also they called my insurance and got xrays approved for me. Kiara (or Kianna) was by far the most gentle dental hygienist I've ever had and for once my gums didn't bleed yay! Great experience

Kianna is wonderful. She’s very gentle and thorough when cleaning my teeth. She’s mindful of my sensitivity to cold water, and very carefully uses the water sprayer/scaler. She’s the best hygienist I’ve ever had. I highly recommend her.

Let's face it, most people avoid the dentist for lots of reasons. I admit, I am one of those because of the sounds, the feelings, and dentists who like to ask you questions while your mouth is full of their fist.
However, Live Oak has found a way to remove all of these anxieties! Maybe it's just the industry that has changed but since I went last, a lot of improvements have been made.
But the most memorable thing while visiting was the customer service. Everyone I came in contact with was super nice and made me feel very comfortable.
Because of Live Oak, I promise to stay regular on my visits!!!

Great experience-I was a walk in and they were able to see me and put on a temporary crown that same morning. They were knowledgeable on the insurance side as well and took care of that in-house, which is always a plus. Everyone is polite and my dentist explained everything in detail. I liked it so much I am bringing the rest of my family to this practice.

Such a great practice! Everyone is so caring and so very good working with your concerns. And if you are hesitant, because you have anxiety at the dental office, then this is the place for you.

This practice is great! The front office is extremely efficient, the cleanings are VERY thorough, the technology is state-of-art (as far as I can tell), and the dentists are amazing. I highly recommend!

These guys are amazing!! I’ve had two dental emergencies in the last two years and they got me in the same day both times and gave me great care. I am super anxious about dental procedures and they go out of their way to make sure I’m comfortable and relaxed. Josh and Dr Argondona go above and beyond for their patients, they all do. I cannot say enough good things about these guys! I 100% recommend this dentist to anyone and everyone!

I never have any issues when coming here. This office came highly recommended from my boyfriend (who does not like going to the dentist). I get a reminder text and email of my upcoming appointment. From the front desk, dental hygienist, dentist and finance everyone is always very welcoming. I have had several appointments before I was pregnant, one while pregnant and most recently my first appointment postpartum. Josh remembered that I would have had my baby recently and asked how we were both doing. I love that they actually take the time to get to know their patients.

Josh and Dr. A are the best! Treated like family and great communication on any work that needs to be done!

Jeanina was so professional and precise. Dr. Argandona and staff were very nice and the office is clean. They use great technology.

Needed an emergency visit for a broken tooth. Fit me in same day. Was well taken care of by everyone from front desk staff to hygienist to dental assistant and the dentist. Everyone made it a great experience. Highly recommend.

I am a challenging dental client. Due to some personal mishaps and, yes, even poor decisions, my oral health has greatly deteriorated over time.

I absolutely require a certain degree of care and empathy. I'm experiencing extreme bone loss, pain, inability to eat well and smile.

I had a tooth extracted prior to visiting Live Oak, and needed an immediate repair to my partial.

From Desiree, the front desk representative, to Josh, the back end representative, I have never in 65 years been more comfortable coming and going from a dental office.

Desiree was very kind and efficient. She took my information and even called me back to get me in sooner. When I arrived , she referred back to our phone call, and even acknowledged and thanked me for my completing the requisite paperwork.

Colene, the dental assistant, confirmed my comfort and when I thanked her for something, stressed the fact, she is there for for the good of the patients. In essence, as her patients, we are the reason she comes there. She was very pleasant and thoughtful.

Josh wasted no time reviewing the treatment plan's potential cost. He did so with consideration for me.....the end user.......the patient. He even challenged me to a round of trivia. Adding a little brevity in a dental office is crucial to the patient feeling well.

As a private practice, and not a clinic, (as their website so aptly addresses), there is a level of care that I greatly appreciate. I did not feel like a number in an assembly line. I felt like the unique person I am....we all are.

Although Dr. DeAngelo, had to refer me to a specialist, her care for my oral health was unmatched with other oral healthcare experiences I have had. She was an active, engaged, and
attentive listener.

Her recommendations were honest, practical and tempered with genuine care for maximizing my oral health.

I left with a smile, albeit toothless, on my face. For me, that is difficult to achieve.

A young man, a dental assistant, with glasses and dark hair, I have forgotten your name, I apologize. This young man was nice and contributed to my level of ease when I returned to be fitted for and to pick up my repaired partial.

In the current state of affairs in the healthcare arena, it is often difficult, and often impossible, to assign a high rating.

I gladly assign a five to this facility. I have had two visits and look forward to a positive relationship moving forward.
