Pharmacy staff are always very caring and they take time to explain all details of prescriptions. Store is always clean and you can find everything in stock. Checkout is simple. Easy access, great location.

I really can not speak to any improvements. Your staff at this location is always busy, but concerned and helpful. I know they work hard, and I appreciate it. Amy at this CVS location (New Hope and Bagdad) has ALWAYS gone the extra mile to help me and my husband in our Medicare and doctor world. She takes the time to explain everything, she strives to help us get the most out of our benefits. She is efficient helpful and always happy. I will wait until I know she is working to interact with the pharmacy. I would like to add that ALL the staff, the pharmacists, Kiersten and others have always been very kind and helpful, but Amy is my go-to person!

I don't usually give reviews of chain stores, but I have to rave about this one. I went in for a flu shot and the pharmacy technician, Amy, was amazing. My benefits wouldn't go through and rather than just turn me away, Amy went to work. She must have made 4 different calls over the next hour and she would not give up. She finally got to the right person and got my shot approved and processed. Just amazing. I'll stay at CVS forever with people like that.

Always great for running. I'm quick for basic necessities. Front-end staff is always friendly. Get used to be your own cashier. The pharmacy is not the friendliest, but I just need my medications.

I got my Pfizer vaccine shot. All was fast and pain-free. I recommend this place for vaccination and shopping. I am disappointed how decorative cosmetic assortment stay poor. I wish that CVS restock make up production.

this CVS is perfect, it has never been too crowded, it is always clean and shopable, the staff Is friendly and knowledgeable, you can even order photo prints online and pick them up in-store. I highly reccomend getting the ExtraCare card the discounts and rewards/ coupons are unbeatable.

Becky goes above and beyond to help anyone. The patience of that woman is remarkable. Very helpful even fixed my issue while it was slammed packed. Thank you for being in the health care field, people don't understand the stress and chaos working with people's medications. Becky - you rock

The staff is super efficient and super friendly. Very patient seeing I had 3 people getting the COVID test. CVS never disappoints!

Front of store opens at 8am now. Never been inside, so can't rate experience beyond getting to the outside of the front door. I'm sure it's rainbows and sunshine.
