Amy Maddox's team was great to work with! Carla helped us get a homeowner's policy last year, and Olivia was very helpful getting us discounts (including a bundling discount) when we switched our auto policy to Allstate this year. Everyone we have worked with in Amy's office has been efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. They clearly put the customer first!

We've been with this agency for 10+ years. They're very responsive and have taken great care of us. Most recently, we contacted them regarding the auto ins rate increases occurring in Texas. Paola Mendoza was especially helpful to us in being able to lower our auto premium substantially due to the low mileage we drive our vehicles. Very appreciative of their efforts to keep us as a happy customer!

She was extremely knowledgeable, displayed a sincere interest in understanding my issues, etc. Most impressive is the quick response Lynn provides when contacting her via email. It is not an exaggeration when I claim that Lynn ALWAYS gets back to me withing 5 minutes any time I send a email regarding a question or concern.
