New Hope Dentist

All doctors and staffs are very good. They have done a great job in explaining issues and treating.

Also they will suggest treatments based on our insurance policy. For example, they have suggested me to do few things next year because my insurance will not cover everything this year.

I am coming here for more than a year.

Went in pretty nervous about getting my last 2 wisdom teeth pulled, because my last experience at a different dentist was very painful. But to my surprise New Hope made this experience not so bad at all and relatively pain free.

I’ve been going to this dentist for almost 2 years now and I also went to their south Austin location. Dr. Z is amazing. She is patient and understanding to people with dental anxiety. She will explain all your options very clearly and even give you a timeline on what she thinks you should get and when. I had previous horrible experiences with dentists and Dr. Z has done a wonderful job fixing the mistakes of my previous dentists. Sara and the other hygienists are also wonderful. If you ever need a break or just have any kind of discomfort they are quick to stop and let you have a breather before continuing. I’ve gotten cleanings as well as fillings, crowns, and wisdom tooth removal here and have only had 5 star experiences. The front desk staff are wonderful as well. They are willing to work around your schedule and will even call you when there’s a cancelation if you are wanting to come in early. They will even recommend when to come in and get treatment in order to maximize your insurance benefits. Overall I’ve been here countless times for multiple issues and have only positive experiences. I highly recommend them to anybody I know.

Friendly staff with considerate attitude. I’ve had a very mixed bag experience with dentists in Austin and this has been the best.

Getting my wisdom teeth pulled was not something I had been looking forward to. But the worst part of the experience was the Novocaine. Once I was numb, the actual procedure took under five minutes, and was entirely painless. I started icing my face immediately after I left the office, and along with my other protocols, have healed up nicely. If you are looking for a smooth experience, I highly recommend New Hope

I moved to Leander and decided to try New Hope Dentist for my dental care. I have not been disappointed. Dr. Rao and her staff are very skilled. They are kind and considerate and make you feel very comfortable. Dr. Rao replaced a broken front filling and put a crown on a back tooth for me and they both look amazing. I am very happy with the work that she did for me and heartily recommend them.

Due to previous dental experiences, I was hesitant to come in but everything about this visit was amazing. The doctor was so nice and not condescending at all, like some others I have run into; she explained the root of my problems and helped guide me through my treatment plan. My hygenist was bubbly and helped ease my nerves through the whole appointment as well.

They always greet with smiles and put me in a comfortable environment. They are great.

I as well added 5stars on Yelp! This is definitely the place to go to get your teeth fixed in a nice warm friendly environment. Dr Rao is fantastic. She is very gentle and explained the steps along the way. Her staff makes you feel comfortable and the nervousness of getting your teeth work completed is not a problem with your plan. Thank you

I can’t thank Dr. Rao and her team enough for helping me get my oral health in better shape. Every step of the process was seamless and done with great care. Front desk and assistants are all incredibly kind, hard working and caring. Dr. Rao is very thorough, gentle and professional. Its clear she loves and cares for her patients. I needed a ton of work and I never once felt judged or belittled. They answered any and all questions I had, and always made sure i was comfortable and educated in oral health practices. Super thankful for this experience and glad to have gotten over my fears of the dentist because this great dentist office.

I had my first appointment this week and it was amazing. The clinic is always kept clean and comforting. Scheduling my first appointing was incredibly easy and took a simple call. I received excellent care from the staff and Dr Rao I was provided with a great care plan that I'm looking forward to completing the first round of suggestions. My second appointment today was amazing too. I've never been happier to have people's hands in my mouth. The doctor took extra care and didn't overwork it.

This is honestly the best dentist I have ever been to. They are so kind and caring and really care about their patients. Even the front desk staff is super kind and caring. When I went to get my consultation there was a nurse named Marah and she was super sweet and easy to talk to and that made my experience even better. I just recently got my wisdom teeth out with them and I was really scared but the nurse Amanda and Dr.Hijazi (the oral surgeon) talked me through why I was so scared and made me feel a lot better about the situation and calmed me done after the procedure went without a hitch. The wisdom tooth surgery went by so fast it didn’t even take an hour I was so impressed. They also filled my cavities recently as well and nurse Amanda and Dr.Rao were absolutely incredible they talked me through everything and made me feel calm and safe. The staff there just makes you feel so warm and cared for. They even let my significant other hold my hand while I got my wisdom teeth out. I will be going here for the rest of my life lol.

10/10 would recommend. Dr. Rao is amazing. She is gentle and takes her time which is important to me. I was a thorough experience with some one taking care of my oral health. The team takes the time to make sure you understand why the treatment is being suggested. I appreciate the accommodation when I'm not able to make certain days. If you have dental anxiety like me this is the place to bury your fears :) ♡ They make you feel like a friend rather than just a patient. Hopefully you will think so too.

Everyone that I interacted was so great and friendly. Sarah and Kayla were really cool gals and made my dentist visit so much more awesome. I was really nervous considering it had been 1.5 years since I went but everything went smoothly. The Dr was really great too and explained things really well. I had a great experience!

I absolutely love Dr Steve and his assistant. The are friendly and excellent at their job. They pay close attention to ensure my comfort. They are knowledgeable and assistance in any discussion needing to be made. I appreciate everything they have done for me.

The others in the office are fantastic as well. They greet me by name when I come in. They are helpful with billing and any questions. I appreciate everything this dentist office has to offer.

Dr. Sharma is the best and sweetest dentist you can ask for! She will make sure you are taken care of and I highly recommend!

Staff is very nice! I’m not a big fan of going to dentist but the staff is very friendly and helps make you comfortable during your your visit. They also help explain everything to you if you’re not familiar with dental terminology and the breakdown of options available to you and how much you pay out of pocket.

My husband and I went to Hope Dental for the first time. We just moved from Orlando in May so this is our first Dentist office in Austin.

When we entered we were greeted with such warmth from the Front desk woman I believe her name was Casey. She was extremely sweet and polite.

Later we met Donya she was such a fun time! She made us laugh and we immediately felt comfortable. Every interaction with her was a pleasure. She is the rising star of the office and really keeps your mood upbeat during the duration of your time.

Great office! We already scheduled our future appointments.

It’s been a good while (wayyyy too long) since my last checkup.

This was beyond easy, and the staff is amazing!
They were expecting me when I came in and I was greeted by name, it’s a small practice but the waiting room is comfortable.

After the X-rays and photos of my teeth, Dr Sharma did a routine cleaning. She was very polite and asked me several times if I needed to stop just let her know, and my teeth feel so much better already.

At the end they created a easy to understand plan for the rest of my dental care, and let me know that I had several options for payment and scheduling.

I will be back next week to begin the adventure of fillings!

Overall completely recommend and will hopefully be able to bring my family to this friendly and kind practice.
