Jeffrey Dietz: Allstate Insurance

We have been working with Jeffrey Dietz for many many years now on our insurance for cars and boats and houses and he has made things very simple and taken out a lot of the foot work! Thank you Jeff and thank you Allstate.

Since day 1 Allstate has always had my back! Although I have never had to exercise my policies I am thankful to know that my Family Is in Good Hands.
I have never been pressured to purchase upgrades or add one. I have been informed on how I can $ave money and that is alright by me!
While it might be possible to save a few dollars here and there with other companies, I would never consider changing from Allstate and their Professional & Courteous staff. These people are AWESOME

I was moving from Alabama to Cedar Park, Texas. My son had used this agency and was happy with them. When I called them, Amanda Blair was very thorough at checking to see if they could do an empty house policy in Alabama. It wasn’t possible, but she was able to setup my car insurance for the date that I needed it. Then also set up my renters insurance for the date I needed it as well. She asked me questions to verify she was giving me all the discounts possible and advised me on auto pay to save more money. Very efficient, helpful, and if not available, promptly returned my calls. Great service!

I've been an Allstate member for 18+ years in multiple states. In Austin, I've been with the Dietz Agency almost 10 years. Thankfully, I've rarely needed to file a claim but when it was necessary, they were responsive and professional. I recently requested a more detailed explanation of my policy and changes over the past couple of years and looking toward the future. Jessica was informative and gave me the feedback I was requesting. I appreciate that kind of customer service and feedback in these uncertain times.

We recently had a house fire and Jeffrey has been a tremendous help through the insurance process. This included visiting us at the property shortly after the fire was over to see how we were doing and helping us understand the process to rebuild.
