Burger King

This Burger King is such a good place that it should be considered fine dining. I have been eating here for years and I have never had a bad meal. The food is always hot and tastes fresh, never stale. The service is always great, I forget the name of the manager an older woman that has been there forever but she is the best. Hands down 10 out of 10 for this location.

I’ve been here for over 20 years, and for the entire 20 years this has been a horrible location with cold food, overcooked fries, water down cokes, you name it. However, in the last four visits, over a two month period, I’ve had fresh food that was made correctly. Consistently made fresh meals, it’s all I expect out of a Burger King, and they are delivering that here now, which I greatly appreciate.

I’m not sure what prompted the turnaround, whether it’s management, or the owners, but whoever is overseeing the change, you’re doing a great job! Keep it up!

Para mi jente Hispana - this is the most Mexican Burger King IN THE WORLD!!!! The atmosphere is great. The food is awesome. And the service is out of this world. Viva La Raza!!!

We come here from time to time and every time we are here we get good service. Ppl here are friendly and don't judge or criticize my wife for not speaking Spanish like other fast food restaurants do, she is not Mexican or Hispanic but resembles one.

Hello, I ordered using the app to get a late-night snack fast. Once I arrived I waited a few minutes and left. I love to get in and out.

Order your food on the app. It's easy and your able to customize your order and pay for it all on the app.
Once you've ordered and paid for it then drive to the location you ordered from and check in. Your food will be prepared as soon as you check in. When you receive your food then drive off to park or go home to eat your food. The Fox 👌

As we know eating out isn’t as easy as it use to be with these gas prices and inflation for everything in the grocery store so when I go out to eat whether it’s fast food or a restaurant I expect to be greeted and met by polite employees. This is provided every time I stop in for lunch at this Burger King location , along with great food ! Way to go Ricky (manager).

We went thru the drive thru this evening and the shift manger at that time was very polite as well as the young lady taking our payment at the window. We are very satisfied with our experience and will definitely be coming back. Thanks so much for the wonderful service.

I haven’t been to Burger King in over a decade, but we decided to go because we had coupons, it was my son’s birthday, and he wanted a cheeseburger for dinner. The manager was SO nice to us! We felt so welcomed. He even went out of his way to wish my son a happy birthday and tell us it was a joy to have us come and eat in the restaurant. The food was pretty good too! We will definitely be back. I’m glad I gave BK another chance 😊.

I first visited this Burger King for the Impossible Whopper, and on that visit and every one since I've been impressed by how pleasant and polite the employees have been. The service has also been consistently prompt when placing an order from inside. Mistakes, though few in occurrence in my experience, are dealt with swiftly and respectfully. The Impossible Whopper is also quite tasty, and I expect many more visits to this location so long as its served.

Burger King i one of my favorite fast food places. Unfortunately I couldn't eat today (Thanksgiving). No, they don't deserve less than five stars. Employees had time to spend Thanksgiving with their loved ones.

Ladies and gentlemen (staff) thank you for being so sweet and always fast with my son’s food. He’s a burger eater and loves his Burger King burger every-time. Thank you for being on top of your customers and always having a smile on your face at the drive thru. Customer service is a must with everything you do and you guys definitely show it to me every time I stop by after work. Keep it up!

Brought my family in for a couple of quick burgers and was very surprised at what great service we received and how friendly the staff was even while they were in a dinner rush. Had a few issues with our food and the manager on duty- Jeff was so kind and helpful. It was refreshing to receive this kind of service. Thanks again Jeff!!

I love Burger King's delicious flame-broiled mustard whoppers so much! I wish that I didn't have to drive 20 miles to go get one but it's always worth it! Please build a Burger King closer to Lakeway! 😋

Well how about a place that doesn't ever get my order wrong? 5 stars for you guys and your customer service.

Even though they messed up my order, this store always has a great vibe with employees to customers. And I saw they were fixing something, thumbs up for fixing something that was broken!

Fries were too salty, Jr Whopper w/cheese was good.
