Storage Direct Self Storage

First time in a storage unit. Hours are 6am-9pm which surprised me at 10pm. My husband had told me but I had forgot. Otherwise, great experience and clean location.

When I rented the 10x10 unit from Storage Direct Self Storage last fall, I expected to receive the typical hands-off customer service that I've encountered with other self storage facilities. I'm here to tell you that I was quite wrong! This is a customer centric business, friends, and you will not regret working with Storage Direct. The pricing is great, the property is secure and our unit and the property are very clean. Our door had a little problem, and it was fixed right away, with the gals in the office following through to see it done. When it was time for us to move out of our unit, I didn't even have to call them - THEY CALLED ME to verify that we no longer needed the unit. I can't say enough about the service I've received. Thank you for the excellent job!

We recently switched to Storage Direct and couldn’t be more pleased. We had the convenience of booking online, my husband said “it was a great experience “ easy and fast. He went to look at the unit and said it was clean and easy to access. We highly recommended if you are looking for extra storage.

The staff is friendly and answered all my questions. I’ve rented storage before and most people just want to get you out the door. I picked Storage Direct because the location is convenient, the staff was friendly, and the property was clean.

I've been with Storage Direct for 5 years! I recently upgraded from a 10x10 to a 10x20 unit! I didn't even consider, another facility! They've been so very nice, and my property is safe and secure! Last but not least, they're rental fees are competitive, and usually less than other quality facilities in the area! No going inside or elevators! All units are drive up! The best! I'll be around for awhile with Storage Direct!

I was a little hesitant to try this location due to a couple of negative reviews. I'm so glad I gave them a shot anyway. We did our rental as a walk in and we got an amazing deal. The girl that helped us was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I had several questions and she answered them all very well. We've only been there a few weeks but have so far had a great experience and I highly recommend them!

Amazing service! The online reservation was easy to do along with going inside to grab my keys. Very simple! The storage was clean and had some insect killer stuff to avoid pest. Highly recommend it.
