Mears Automotive

I have been having both of my vehicles serviced at Mears for several years now and I am always impressed with their work. The workshop is neat, very clean, and run efficiently. From oil changes and tire rotations to very specific and difficult problems (like replacing both of my truck headlight assemblies, which was no easy task), (fixing a gas tank that wouldn't allow gas to enter), and I could go on... they have always found the answer and the remedy. They warn me of potential problems and give me advice that I can understand with everything at competitive reasonable prices.

Very helpful! Willing to try their expertise on older vehicles when some dealers just throw their hands up. Got old Greenie going for me.

Made the appointment, so I could get my oil changed. Got my car there, they got it right in and got it done in and out in no time. Decent prices for the special oil and filter my car uses. I'd recommend them to everyone.

I had asked the guys to do a through inspection of the car since we were driving it to California for my son who was returning from deployment. We didn't have any issues with the car. It was a last minute appointment that I had made and they did their best to get me in. I was so thankful for what they had done. Highly recommend.

This was our first experience W Mears Automotive Service, our experience was Great! They were very professional and cordial as my husband needed a ride home and they were happy to oblige in our need. Brandon discussed the process before hand and when we picked our Rogue up the next day they were great w customer services too! We will most definitely use and or reccomend family and friends to them for auto service needs.

Mears automotive worked on my vehicle with no other place would. I contacted 13 other local businesses to try and get the catalytic converters on my vehicle replaced, and no one wanted to touch it. Either it was too difficult for them, or they wouldn't install customer owned parts. But mears automotive stepped up to the task and got me back on the road again. They got it done in one day and cost me less than I thought it would. They did a great job and I would recommend their service to anyone.

They did great work, and they worked fast. Hopefully I won't need any new repairs for a long while, but if and when I do I'll definitely use Mears.

Everyone that talked to me hear actually listened and respected what I had to say and answered all of my questions without making me feel stupid by asking unlike a lot of these other auto shops. They walked me through every step they took to see what was actually wrong with my car. The waiting room is very calm and clean as well. I definitely will be coming back here for my future business!!

I was about 6 hrs from home when my vehicle broke down by Mattoon. Mears was able to get me up and running in a short amount of time for a reasonable price!
