One of the best decisions we made, they were not pushy about our needing hearing aids, they all all so very nice, taking the time to explain the hearing loss. The exam was very easy they made us feel very comfortable. My husband and I both got hearing aids and can't believe what we were not hearing. If we have any issues or questions they get us right in to see someone. So very helpful, please don't put it off...get checked so you too can hear what your missing. Highly recommend Audibel !!

Very efficient in taking care of my hearing aid. Very little time spent waiting in waiting room. The receptionist was very helplful in explaining the coverages and informative as to getting my batteries purchased from them. The two ladies that repaired my hearing aid were equally informative and gave some tips as to work with my Thrive App
