Needed a specific bolt for outdoor furniture repair. While they didn't have what I needed, he tried to find one that would work with me. When he couldn't, he was able to direct me to another store that did ... That's service!!

I am not an easy person to impress, usually I can tell employees a half dozen ways that they could have done better. But I continually get impressed with the people who work here, and today was no different.

Great customer service

They had a recent remodel and it is much better than it was before the remodel. They have a wide selection of those specialty products that you probably can't get in other places. Staff are very courteous and helpful and often very busy taking care of customers. I would definitely recommend you give them a try because I believe you will be glad you did.

Absolutely no phone number for nobody to be able to call that is a lack in quality of service in my book
