Caliber has been great to work with while renting. They respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and have great service. Their employees are friendly. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing custom home building experience with Caliber, from start to finish, and even beyond finish. Our initial meeting with Ryan and team was very professional and they listened to our budget concerns, our vision, and even added some unique elements that we hadn't considered. The building process couldn't have gone any smoother and everyone on the Caliber team was always professional, courteous, and took great care of our home throughout the build. We could always find Joelle (designer), Eric (project manager) or Ryan at the job site working and checking on the progress of the home, which made us appreciate their dedication to our project. The quality of construction is second to none, and we couldn't be happier to own and create family memories in our Caliber home!

From the application process to the move-out process, Charlie was the best. I moved sight unseen from the west coast and I could not have been happier. The town home was clean, quiet, and nice. I do not have one negative thing to say about this company or Charlie. They are supportive and understanding. Maintenance is quick to respond and do a great job. Everything is done online. This is the company to rent from hands down in the DSM area!

I rented from Caliber Iowa for 2.5 years and had a great experience throughout the entire process. I've never had any problems from a management, maintenance, or other perspective. In addition, they worked with me when I was moving out of state for work and ending my lease agreement early. Great properties and great management -- I'd easily go with Caliber again.

So, I'd like to give a big shout out to Charlie!!! He's awesome and super helpful! I currently live at the Broadmoor apartment complex right behind Jordan Creek mall. It definitely has a lot of amenities, but in my personal opinion, it's not worth it! I'm in a 1 bed/1bath and after rent, utilities, and even my military discount, I pay over $1k/month! However, at Caliber, you can get a 2 bed/2 1/2 bath, 2 car garage for $1200/month. We are planning to move into a 1 car garage, 1 1/2 bath at Caliber and couldn't be more excited. Charlie has been such a huge help though and we couldn't have found the place with out his help! If you want excellent service and someone who truly cares and goes above and beyond to help you, ask for Charlie!!!

Have been very happy with our town home at the Maple Bend Complex and staff at Caliber. The staff has been very helpful and the online rental portal is easy to use and submit maintenance requests. Maintenance staff has always cleared up any issues in a timely fashion.

This will be our second home with Caliber, the first one was a spec home and this one we will be completely customizing. What I have enjoyed the most so far is how easy they are making this process. Ryan genuinely cares about what we want, he listens and when our plans were presented, you could tell he put some serious thought into it. The process has been fun, easy & professional. We are grateful for the team at Caliber!

I’ve absolutely loved my time at a Caliber property. Charlie West has been amazing, the maintenance crew has gone above and beyond and the properties are well managed, clean & well maintained. Couldn’t be happier with them.

Worked with Justin and his team on purchasing a townhome at Chautauqua Park in SW Ankeny. Everyone we've dealt with is professional, responds quickly and makes sure any issues are taken care of. The townhome is high quality, it's obvious they take a lot of pride in their work.

Just moved into The Cove at Kettlestone this past weekend. (During the 8" of snow.) Snow crew saw me pulling in in U-Haul and stopped me to ask where I was going. They then went and cleaned the road and driveway so I would have no issues. Also had placed a ticket for the outside lights not working correctly. Fixed in less than a day. John and Tyler have been very responsive and everyone has been very easy to work with. Made the move from several states away much easier due to their professionalism.

We love our townhome! Management team gets back to us right away. Emergency repairs have always been done for us if needed. The townhome itself feels just like "home".

I have zero complaints about caliber!

I would recommend Caliber Iowa to anyone who is interested in a reasonably priced home. The management has been extremely accommodating and easy to work with. Great place to live!

Love our condo in West Des Moines. Great layout, privacy and plenty of room!

No place is ever perfect but they exceed my expectations in responsiveness and value.

My wife and I have lived in our new townhome in Ankeny for about 5 months. A week after we moved in our guest shower started leaking on the 2nd floor resulting in drywall damage on the first level. We had to have a section of our kitchen countertop removed and refabricated because the space where our slide-in range goes wasn't wide enough to accommodate it. Although our finishes/upgrades are nice, quality of workmanship is average at best. Getting their subs out to do repairs/touch ups can be frustrating due to their lack of follow up. Because of this I just take care of things myself. Just finished recaulking the perimeter of our tub in guest bath due to cracking/separation as well as recaulking the entire area where our kitchen backslash meets the countertop. Would I buy from them again? Probably not.
