Hy-Vee Grocery Store

I lived in a smaller community and it was like a 20 minute visit every time you needed to go to the pharmacy at that store. It was crazy and if they had any issue with a prescriptions it took days to resolve… so I am very happy that they quickly resolved any issues and got me my prescription. Also, this store has a lot of great things about it. Always enjoy coming here but the pharmacy team is spot on.

As a Houstonian, it pains me to say that Hy-Vee not only rivals, but may even surpass HEB. It’s incredible. From the selection, particularly of high quality store-brand products, to the variety of shops within it (there’s a DSW and a Starbucks in this one), it’s pretty unbelievable. The prices are excellent. I was also impressed with their monthly magazine, available for free in the store. Great recipe ideas! They also have a great cart sanitizer that they actually use (compared to other groceries I’ve seen advertise but not actually use). Highly recommend!

I want to give a HUGE KUDDOS to Quill, Austin and Andrew at the North Ankeny H-V!!! My debit card slip in a crack in the self checkout scanner. They all went BEYOND their duties to retrieve it for me. I was leaving for the Dominican Republic the next day at 5:00AM, so they understood how desperate I was. Their ingenuity and tenacity to resolve my dilemma was AMAZING! To often service like this goes unnoticed. Please let them know - they WERE NOTICED AND APPRECIATED! This occurred 2/5/24 at approximately 5:45 pm!

Truly a smile In every aisle. Had to make a quick run in to get some things. Cashier was fast and nice...had a great tasting tenderloin from deli. Great service

The deli section goes on and on. Lots of options and good food too. We bought food for our road trip and it was good.

Always has fresh produce and a bakery in store with home made products. Store is always stocked and has great deals daily.

I want to say thank you very much for the Veterans breakfast that I had this morning. It was very delicious. And thanks to the people that took the time to serve us. The biggest surprise was the coin I received that meant a lot to me!!!

If you're african and love ripe plantains and fresh French bread go to hyvee you'll get it there at all times. The customer service is outstanding love hyvee

They have the food you need at as good of a price you can find anywhere.

My favorite place to shop. Has everything I need. Staff is helpful when I want to try a new recipe and don’t know where a certain ingredient is. Pharmacy staff is friendly and knowledgeable as I get all my prescriptions filled here as well.

I ordered a custom floral arrangement with specific flowers ect. It was PERFECT! Very helpful all the way! Daughter had never received a more Beautiful bouquet.😸💐👍

The young woman working the market this morning named Jessica, customer service and personality was exceptional. Everything out her mouth felt genuine!

We have awesome deals. As a customer you can save on gas with our Fuel Saver rewards. The more you spend, the more you save. As an employee, you receive a 10% discount in the store. Sometimes there are specials for things like holidays when we get and even higher discounts! It's great!

Always a pleasant experience to shop here- the staff is EXCELLENT, though the store is a bit pricey.
