Always good food. Visited this location multiple times (10+), and the quality is EXCELLENT every time.

Easy in and out.. you don’t find many in IL so better grab it if you are on way to Chicago from St. Louis

Had dinner here on Saturday night. Pleasant staff. Good food! Good portions. Zero complaints.

Kayla treated with me a smile and acknowledged me as soon as I walked though the door. She gave me superb service while trying to calm down a impatient delivery driver pick-up who was trying to step behind the counter who was very aggressive. I greatly appreciate your customer service and the way you handled the situation. 20 stars for you Kayla, keep it up!❤

Walked in only had two people on the line. Not busy but had a ton of online orders. The two were able to take care of everyone in line with respect and so polite. Great attitudes. The two that worked tonight I not only tipped but also left me with a great impression. Clean. Friendly. Awesome. Also there was a woman who was back and forth with what she wanted and they still satisfied her expectations and exceeded it.

Excellent food as always! I love ordering their bowls (the burritos tend to get messy very quickly), but no matter what you order, it'll never be the same thing twice thanks to all their choices of how you want it made. As always, the food was fresh and well seasoned and the entire establishment was spotlessly clean. Qdoba is one of my go-to stops when on the road, because you can always count on perfection!

Even though this is an older restaurant and it was pretty busy, the young staff were unflappably cheerful and the tables were clean, though showing their age. Food was great.

We do Qdoba Tuesdays in our household. The service is always quick and the quality of food is always wonderful. Tonight the service was extreme exceptional. I had placed my order through the app and when I arrived there was quite a line. I let them know I was there and told them I was down to wait. Corbin was the one who took care of me. He got my order ready after it died down a little, even gave me a drink since I was waiting. When he was packing everything up he stated he remembered my order from last time and wanted to make sure that was okay. (Husband is allergic to beans so I had that in all caps for special instructions.) I let him know everything was great! The service I received tonight was excellent and always brings me back week to week. Thank you Corbin!

They had a pretty big line. The guy who was at the register came to help, fry chips, make my big order, and ring me out while the lady who was making the to go orders was busy. I wish I had remembered his name because his work ethic, professionalism, attitude,, manners, and helpful serious stands out and is a testament to the kind of workers I myself would want to employ.

We decided to give this location a try after being treated horribly at the Shiloh location. I am so happy we didn't! Very attentive service by some sweet young ladies. Everything was fresh and flavorful. After explaining to the manager our horrible visit in Shiloh, she let us know that they now have a new manager and hopefully soon it will be safe to try again! YAY! Poor lady though, she is going to have a rough time of it there. Thank you for being so awesome! Faith in Qdoba restored!

I just had surgery so my hubs ( who doesnt order even for himself places lol) offered to pick me up whatever I wanted for my first solid meal. He just has anxiety about ordering. The app didnt give all the options I like on my burritos or for my kiddos foods. So he suggested I call..

Feeling silly, I did just that. I apologized for the weird situation and asked if I could do a call in order. The very sweet woman on the line told me she understood completely and she would take care of me.

I know it may seem silly, it is...but after the rough time I've had with my illness and this surgery, it really made my night and lifted my spirits.

I've always had wonderful food from there and great interactions with employees, but this is above and beyond.

Will reccomend highly over and over and over.

This is one of the best QDOBA locations I've ever been to. The staff is always friendly and they take care of customers. Quality of the overall experience is excellent. I'll go out of my way just to visit this particular location.

I love going here whenever I'm craving Mexican but don't want to go to a restaurant. Everything on the menu is absolutely delicious, but I really like their burritos. They're so big that my boyfriend and I always share one. Their queso is really good too!

My five year old loves the cheese quesadilla meal with drink and chips and i love the loaded chicken burrito. Sixteen bucks for the two of us definitely more expensive than say McDonald's but much better and worth iy. One of my favorite places to eat.

I'm running errands at Walmart and Home Depot and as my tummy gurgles, I look out onto the horizon I see the qdoba sign, like a beacon of hope. I was greeted happily by the staff and they prepared my big yet affordable burrito. I even thanked Manager Marcus as I left. I appreciate it y'all. Keep it up!

I really enjoyed eating here. Wide variety of menu items for a lot of diets. Tasty food, fast service and friendly staff. Handicapped accessible and handicapped parking. Kid friendly. Plan on eating here again.
