Not very helpful when you call and ask if they carry parts. Didn't even try to find a replacement for the part. No customer service. Not sure why they don't want to sell parts.

My mom wants a new vacuum cleaner for Christmas... she bought one here a few years ago. Terry is gone and the new people are so rude I'm driving to Champaign to go shopping. AVOID!!
