This is the second time I have used their service. Caleb was the one who helped me both times. He is very knowledgeable and very friendly. I really appreciate all of the help he’s been.

Update: I have used them several times now. Caleb is always the one that comes out. He is always helpful and super friendly. Whenever I call to schedule an appointment they usually come the next day. They are the only pest control I will use. Great company and great employees.

Quick friendly service. Sprayed the inside perimeter and sprayed the outside of the house in less than 30 mins. Called before showing up and was right on time for the 2hr window.

I had 3 companies come out for a termite inspection and quote on extermination. Don Baker did the inspection personally, and did a very thorough job, inspecting every area of my home. He explained in detail what issues there were, and how he would go about treating the areas. The other companies didn't do a whole-house inspection, and didn't seem to believe that there were termites living on the premises, even though I had seen them myself, and plenty of evidence that they were harboring in my home.

On the day of the "extermination," Don's employees were polite, friendly, and professional. Don again personally came out multiple times to check their work as they progressed. His employees explained what they were doing, why they were doing it, and gave me updates on their progress without me even asking. They were great!

After speaking to Don, I learned that my home had been treated by his company in 2008 for termites. (Usually treatments are good for around 5 years). Since 2010 when I moved in, I had seen no evidence of termite activity, nor damage (during some remodeling), in my home. Because of this, I believe his services will again be satisfactory for many years to come.

Great service, knowledgeable team, and reasonable prices. His work is also guaranteed for 1 or 3 years, with an optional program to inspect and treat for free if any activity exists after the warranty period, which is a great value.

On a side note, I also use Don’s preventative treatment/inspection services at a local restaurant I run, and have always had good service with very few issues issues. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!
