Bandana's Bar-B-Q Collinsville, IL

With help from our server Molly we choose the brisket for dinner. It was delicious. Molly was also one of the best servers we've had in quite some time. I highly recommend a visit to Bandana's Bar-B-Que and I wish we were closer than a 7 hr car ride!

I love bandanas.The pulled pork nachos are absolutely delicious, and don't forget about the deep fried corn it's a must-have. Friendly wait staff not a long wait. You can't go wrong with this place. I wish it was a little cheaper but hell everything is expensive nowadays.

I had the brisket dinner with Cole slaw and a dinner salad with barbecue ranch dressing and two garlic bread. I had the sweet and smokey barbecue sauce with the brisket which was delicious. The Cole slaw was good along with the dinner salad but the garlic bread was a little dry and bland. Price was reasonable at $ 19.99 plus tax. Overall everything was good. Will be back

On a mini vacation and wanted to try this place and was NOT disappointed. Our server was so nice!! And the food was delicious. Got the lunch burnt ends with fries and baked beans. Also comes with garlic bread!

We aren't from the area but stopped by after attending a convention at the convention center down the road and we were very pleased with our visit! The food was wonderful, very tasty with perfect portions. Sweet tea was perfect amount of sweet. Quick service and our waitress was phenomenal! She was so friendly and went out of her way to help us and made our visit memorable. Will definitely be coming back.

Been here a few times in my travels and I absolutely love this place. food is amazing regardless what you get. Service is friendly and extremely fast. I would recommend the KC sauce, but just my taste. The others are great also. Will be back. Please thank the servicers and cooks. Management did a great job putting all this together.

A local favorite for BBQ. We love the ribs and fresh applesauce. You can get a point card free too for $$ off on the next order. This always makes my wife happy no matter what lol

Excellent Bar-B-Q especially the burnt ends, the award winning ribs, and the fried green beans. Honestly everything you get here is great flavored, large portions, and high quality. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Ok so let me start off with saying I loved the food here, it really hit the spot and when I'm in the area, I will definitely visit again. So I love BBQ anything, and am always on the hunt for the best brisket. You wouldn't believe how hard it is to find a great brisket. Anyhow, Bandana's brisket had a great flavor. Probably the best flavor I've come across, if not tied for my number 1 spot. To the bite it was very tender and had a nice smoke ring to boot. My only this down would be on the pull test as it some what gave up a fight. Lol The pulled pork was also very tender across the board, had a nice smoke ring to it shown in the pictures and had good flavor as well. To me if you do things right, you don't need sauces. But I tried them all to conduct a successful review. My favorite out of the 5 on the table was the Sweet and Smoky sauce. Very rich in flavor with a bold statement with its tomato base. The KC Style sauce would be my 2nd choice with its rich sweet flavor but was completely different at the same time from the Sweet and Smoky. Their Chicago style didn't have much difference from the top 2. Was almost like the 2 mixed together, but was still great none the less. The "Spicy" sauce was humorous as it had no heat and really no flavor, again just my opinion. That one needs some help. And finally but not least their original sauce is a mustard base sauce was strong with its own bang for the buck. I didn't use the original other than the taste test, I'm just not a mustard base fan. Moving on, the green beans were superb and out of this world with a back taste that I cannot figure put. My luck is its something easy too. Lol The BBQ beans truly amazing as well. If I'm correct it was backed by their Sweet and Smoky sauce and included a lightness of pulled pork to the mix. I highly encourage both beans. The sweet tea was pretty awesome too. Definitely no yankee made the tea. Lol All in all I really enjoyed my meal, kudos to Bandana's, keep up the great work.

I was greeted and seated right when I came in and the service was great. Food was delicious. I had ribs, sweet tea, coleslaw, and fried corn on the cob. Everything was tasty.

Service was friendly and food was great. I had the ribs which were probably some of the most tender ribs I have ever had. Nice selection of sauces too, although the ribs were so tasty I didn't feel like I needed any of them. Great bang for your buck. The plate pictured with this review was only $10!

One of my all time favorites, Kristina has been here for years and is always mindful and kind and thorough with our service, even paying attention (noticing) that my mother was visually impaired and took the time to help explain where she placed items on the table. (has never happened in 20 years of my mother needing assistance from me)

Got a pulled pork sandwich, fries, and coleslaw. They put 3 different kinds of their BBQ sauce in the bag for me to try. All of it was absolutely delicious!!

We have been going to the Collinsville location for at least 19 years now. Every time it’s high quality barbecue. We bring out-of-town guests and friends here when they ask for St. Louis barbecue. It’s our go-to.

Bandana's was recommended to us by hotel staff, and we're so happy it was. The staff there were friendly, efficient and quick. We had the pork, brisket, fried corn, and garlic bread. Delicious!!!

Ordered the catfish sandwich and fried okra. With a Blue Moon draft. We'll see how it goes. I hadn't had a chance to follow up till now. Just so you know the service and the food was great. If I'm ever that way again, I'll know where I want to stop to eat! That fish sandwich was very tasty. I have a picture somewhere, will post when I get a chance.

Very good tender ribs comes with dry rub then you add the bbq sauce(4 sauces) came with 2 delicious sides. Sat me fast, took my order fast and delivered the food to the table fast. simple atmosphere.
