I have been going to see Dr. Frerichs for many years now. This past visit was for a cleaning. The care that I received was and has always been a Five Star. They know what they are doing and what needs to be done and always talk to me about a plan before moving forward and doing anything. Very much appreciate Dr. Frerichs and his team. Keep up the great work!!

Dr. Frerichs is a wonderful dentist with a wonderful staff. I have a sprained jaw with complex complications which had not been responding to physical therapy for several weeks, and I was advised to see a dentist for a fitted mouth guard. I received outstanding care and attention from the moment I walked into Dr. Frerich's office. He was very professional and knowledgeable while he examined my jaw and prescribed a specialized mouth guard to relieve the strain on the jaw. I appreciated his expert evaluation.

When I moved to the Champaign-Urbana area, I asked for dentist recommendations. I was pretty particular as I previously worked at a dental college at a large university. Everything about Dr. Frerichs' practice was fantastic! From the check-in process (great receptionist) to the dental cleaning with a fabulous dental hygienist to my check-up with Dr. Frerichs, my appointment was top-notch. Glad I was able to find a trusted, knowledgeable, and kind dentist in the C-U area.

My family has been going to Dr. Frerichs for several years. All of the staff is always friendly and accommodating! Also, very competent and knowledgeable. We highly recommend Dr. Frerichs to anyone who is looking for a dentist.

Can't say enough good things about my experience here. Had been experiencing pain related to needing a root canal. Expected to just have a consultation and Dr. Frerichs ended up doing the root canal on the spot. I am so grateful! Wonderful, friendly staff as well. Highly recommend!

Dr. Frerichs and his team have taken care of our family for almost ten years. "Dr. Jeff" is kind, compassionate and great with kids and adults who are afraid of going to the dentist. He is available for emergencies and follows up with patients to make sure they are doing ok after a procedure. Highly recommend!

Recently, I was referred to Dr Frerichs to replace a filling that I had partially lost. Dr Frerichs uses Solea which is a breakthrough dental laser that replaces the dental drill or scalpel for many procedures. There were no shots and no numbness to deal with. I was actually able to leave his office and stop by my favorite restaurant and have a late lunch! In addition, I was able to tell him when the filling was comfortable because I wasn’t numb! No return visit for grinding needed! Anyway, laser dentistry is an amazing technology and I’m glad Dr Frerichs is looking for ways to make his patients more comfortable by keeping up with changing technology!

So honest!! I came to Dr. Frerichs for a second opinion after being told I needed 1 crown and 9 fillings (crazy!!). As it turns out I only needed the crown and 2 fillings!! He did a beautiful job with the crown going out of his way to make sure it fit properly. He and his staff are very kind and personable!

Dr. Frerichs and the staff are attentive, courteous and professional. The level of care I received in the office was A+.

At 60, having lived in numerous cities across the country, been in my share of out of date offices, this office is state of the art having the most up to date equipment on the market on site and amazingly talented staff.

I had two previous dentists in the Champaign / Savoy area who started my dental work, then those dentists were not certified to do root canals, crowns and other various work, sent me to a specialist to do the root canal, and another specialist for a crown… then back to my original dentist for placement if the crown. What a complete waste of my time and gasoline. The sad part is, many of my friends are still doing this run-around for dental work.

Imagine having a 3-D photo taken of your tooth that needs a crown. That image is electronically sent to a machine that actually makes the crown at the office - truly amazing! Just google 3D in-office crown manufacturing. The technology is amazing and Dr. Frerichs is highly skilled.

For patience care, each office has a ceiling mounted TV positioned just for the patience to watch while having your dental work, not vintage elevator music. This kept me from concentrating on the procedure, and I got to control the remote!

If you have been going to the same older dentist for years who has an outdated office and you are afraid to change dentists, my dental records were sent to Dr. Frerichs office and I was all set! I assure you Dr. Frerichs practice will change your mind about dentistry and exceed your expectations.

Dr. Frerichs truly is a one of a kind dentist. He makes every effort to listen and form a treatment plan based upon what is best for each individual person. His office staff goes above and beyond to be kind, warm, welcoming and communicates extremely well.

Dr. Frerichs and his staff are amazing!! They are caring AND comforting and quick. I am usually terrified of the dentist.. but they make me feel comfortable and are really easy to talk to. They have a genuine concern for you and you comfort. I highly recommend Dr. French's!!!

This was my third visit to Dr. Fredrick’s, the entire team was friendly as always. And you can tell the high degree of knowledge and experience they have not only by the quality of work but also just in talking with them. This visit I had 3 fillings done with the laser treatment vs. the old drill method, even without numbing or meds, I never felt a bit of pain. I am beyond grateful to have found such a great dentist.

Always amazing staff and Dr Frerichs is the best! He stood up to do my filling just so I was comfortable sitting up! Laser filling is the way to go, no shot, no numbing, quick & painless! Thanks for being the best!
