10/10 I Came in to Chevrolet of Palatine and they helped me and my friends tremendously. They worked with my down payment and got me reasonable monthly payments I highly recommend this car lot please ask to speak to Darius he was major help .

I purchased a new 2024 Equinox LT from Chevrolet of Palatine and couldn't be more pleased with my whole experience. Alex Reiss greeted me at the door with a smile and off we went. Very professional and very knowledgeable about any questions I had for any vehicle. His presentation was the best I've ever had and I've been buying cars for a long time. Lambert gave me a great deal and was very professional in his whole delivery. When there was a technical problem with my GM earnings, Joe Vallejo was right there to make sure the deal went through and stayed right with me until the deal got done. Last but not least, Kylie Little in Finance made the end of my experience very pleasant. She's bright, cheerful and very professional. She explained everything to me in detail. It had been a long day and she made the paperwork fly by in a most effortless fashion. Everybody there was just great. If you want a great deal and want to be treated right, Chevrolet of Palatine is the place you want to be.

Recently bought car at Chevrolet of Palatine, and was very surprised at the treatment I received. Greeted at the door by Darius, it turned out to be a very pleasant experience. After discussing the auto I had come to look at and possibly purchase, from the beginning I knew this would be different from all the other dealers I have visited in the past. Darius went totally out of his way to make me and my wife a very happy customer. After agreeing on my price, and not " forcing " us to buy options we didn't need or want, my wife and I walked out very happy with our purchase. Because of our situation at the time, Darius was kind enough to deliver my new car to my home. Darius and Chevrolet of Palatine has made a new friend and customer. He was alone that night (he needs more help lol) and trying to navigate 3 groups at one time. He totally pulled it off! He was friendly, efficient, hard working, and still found time to crack a joke. I walked in with normal expectations and can say I received some of the best help. Although the sales man was training he made the whole process very easy. And I was able to walk out with something to what I was looking for with a low down payment.

My sister and I went here because we had eyes on this Subaru for a few days. This is my first car I purchased on my own, and Gabe helped us so much. Both him and Eddie understood this is my first "big girl purchase" and guided me through, were so patient, and understandable with my budgets. We had an issue with our trade-in towards the end of the sale, but again, both Gabe and Eddie helped my sister and I so much with the tough situation and made sure I would be able to go home with a new car. I came into the Chevrolet location in Palatine as a first-time car owner, and Tyler was so helpful during the process! The experience of going into a dealership can be nerve wracking and stressful, but Tyler was able to work with me to find a car that was just right. I got late in posting this review. I want to really thank them in helping me getting my first car in the US. I found the ad on an online app about the car that I was interested in (2018 Nissan Rogue). Me and my wife called to set an appointment for a weekday quite near to the closing time. When we visited around 7 PM, Dean was already outside the showroom waiting for us and gave us a warm welcome. We directly went to look at the car and Dean helped us explore and explained all the features, test drove it and decided to go ahead with it. Dean and his team helped us a lot with the decision to finance as we were not sure how that worked until then. Within 2 hours, all the process was done and we were set to take off in the clean car. It was a very nice and smooth experience. Thank you!

My Salesman @ Palatine Chevy Jordi Cruz sold me a New 2024 Trailblazer yesterday. I was so impressed with his team of employee's that helped US from start to finish making it an easy transition. He explained everything so well & honest with all my questions. Jordi had no problems staying after closing hours on a Saturday night . Got my first car here and the experience was great. Carlos was my sales consultant and he worked very well with me. I’m out of state and he picked me up from the airport- really appreciated that. I felt very welcomed and he was very open to everything. He made this process very easy and smooth. If you’re looking for a vehicle, I would recommend coming here.

I had the pleasure of walking into Palatine Chevrolet on Saturday after visiting another dealership. I'm so glad that I did. Brian Portillo was the salesman who greeted me. He made sure that I test drove each of the vehicles I was interested in. He was very professional and went above and beyond to make sure I got the vehicle I loved.
