I recently bought a car at Ideal Auto Springfield. Angela was wonderful. She is so sweet, and funny very easy to talk to. She knew exactly what I wanted. The price was fair & no problems.

All I can say Angela is the BEST hands down. She made sure I got approved and left with a car. I really appreciate her in so many ways. She made me feel so comfortable and always kept a smile on her face. The whole team was wonderful and very friendly. Just know if you’re looking for a car and want help to build your credit Ideal is the place to go. My wife and I went in to just see what our options would be if we were to trade in our current vehicle. We left with a vehicle a year newer and a lot less mileage, and in better mechanical shape, than the vehicle we traded. Josh was amazing to work with. He is up front and honest and helped us make the process stress free.

These people are amazing!! Especially Ms. Angela beautiful soul. She worked with me and was not going to let me leave unsatisfied even if it took all night lol. I went to the Springfield location and work sales person Josh Whicker and Heather on of the finance managers. I went in expecting the worst and not knowing because who doesn’t when there in a tight spot. After arriving they were a positive friendly environment and never pushed me to buy anything just wanted me to be comfortable informed of the entire process and i also love they have a 4 year 45000 miles warranty program on a used car and also gap coverage on a used car which is amazing. Definitely a great environment and awesome people to buy from and work definitely made buying a car easy and informative while getting you in and out and wants to make sure u have no concerns about the vehicle you drive off with. Definitely recommend going here 5.out of 5. Hands down

I was having a horrible week, my vehicle had broken down to the point it would no longer run and I was on the edge of loosing both of my jobs from lack of transportation. I began looking for buy here pay here’s to hopefully get into a vehicle so I could make it to my jobs. I ended up getting ahold of a sweet woman named Angela and I explained to her my financial situation and she found me a reliable vehicle with a 3 year warranty. Wonderful woman , highly recommend her. She is honest, straight to the point and knows her vehicles! The rest of the staff was also very informative and caring and they made it clear that they want you to succeed. A lot of buy here pay here’s will intentionally sell you junk cars . Not this place. They care! Definitely stop in or give them a call! It will help you build credit when you have none as well! Ask for Angela!
