Head West Sub Stop

A friend sells them bread so I was treated to lunch. I was impressed Subway is ok in my opinion. This place was pretty good. I had turkey ranch sandwich. Brother had a roast beef all on the white bread that friend supplied. He was impressed also. I will be back when in the area.

Plenty of vegan options by omitting cheese and mayo. Had the veg turkey sub. Super good.

Amazing subs. Better than subway. They have a lot of meat on their subs and regardless of if you get them toasted or not, they taste great both ways. Been there 3 times in 4 days and looking forward to returning. Their prices are pretty good for the amount of food you get. One while sub will fill you up.

Got the Reuben sandwich and could not have been more pleased. The bread especially was so fresh and flavorful! Also had the salted caramel pretzel cookie and it was delicious as well!

The food is sooo good. No complaints!

My friend and I ordered lunch to go, and as always we were quite pleased with what we got. I had the Tuna with Provolone on Sweet Bread, and she had the Veggie Sandwich on Sweet Bread. We both had chips and a cookie, Delicious!! The 2 young men working were very friendly and helpful!

Head West has become the go-to sandwich place in Springfield and has for years over over time they have made the improvements that were necessary to keep up with their high volume they've hire good employees and they deliver a terrific product that's very tasty I'm glad they're here

Super tasty subs! And if you want vegetarian options they have plenty, including non-meat meatballs, chicken, and ham. The staff was fantastic and the place was clean. Eat here, even if it is a little out of the way for you.

Top notch local sub shop chain. The sweet bread is standard because it's the best. I'm a huge fan of their pastrami and brownies as well.

It's a sandwich shop so quality ingredients matter and these guys know it. They're always friendly even when they're swamped.

The atmosphere is unique and if you're visiting the area you've got to give them a try. If you're local you have literally no excuse to eat subway, ever.

I have not been happy with delivery in town lately but Head west has revived my faith in ordering out.
The sandwich was piled high with meat, toasted wonderfully, crispy not crunchy. The items i did not want were left off and the add-ons were there in the right amount.
Delivery was early than stated and the driver was polite and professional.
Best of all everything that was ordered was in the bag.

The best Head West shop around. Their new, bigger store is very spacious. Hopefully their parking lot will be finished soon.
The two employees I've encountered are incredible. Silly me wasn't sure if they put the right kind of ham, and they happily put my worries to rest.

I live in Decatur, and I gladly bypass our own store and drive to the one on Jefferson.

Excellent as always. It's just freakin' good. Sandwich makers we're cool and made my stuff correct, as always. Cookies looked good. And the posters on the wall are cool to look at whilst you wait for your sandwich to be toasted. Mmmmm.. tooasted. Anyway, I ate the whole thing even though it's a huge portion. Oh well, can't be mad, it was delicious! Keep on rocking my favorite homegrown sub shop. I'll be back, of that we can all be sure.
