I needed to have my car towed from home to the dealership. Jen was very helpful when I called and Kyle arrived 20 minutes later. Very professional and knowledgeable. Would absolutely call them again. Reasonable rates too.

While traveling back to Chicago from Mizzou, our ignition coil died on a Saturday night ‘round 6.30pm. After calls with the insurance company and astronomical towing quotes, we came upon Springfield Auto Body and Towing on Google.

From first contact over the phone with the owners Jerry + Maria, to interacting with Blake the driver, through final repairs with Steve the mechanic a few hours later, we felt like we were dealing with trusted old world pros.

They showed true concern and throughout the process, and treated us fairly.

I gladly recommend this team for any of your roadside assistance needs.

I usually dont write reviews but i am so blown away by the prompt precision work of this company . My Sons car was in a ditch at 1:30 Am and these are the only people awake that late to take life seriously . I called 5 places before them and i assure you these guys are going in my contacts . I tipped the driver because he was smart enough to get me out of that location before the drunks killed me or the cops ... It wasn't the easiest location , this man risked his life as it was kinda a highway intersection median ditch in a drunk driver crossing

Great service while I was in a serious pickle. Late night overheating issues on the side of the road, 2 hours from home serving my National Guard Duties. Nick came to my rescue in 15 minutes, had great conversation on the way to Firestone, no place to sleep at the Armory so I sleep in my car this one night a month, it’s cozy, but Nick offered to go get me food or to call if I needed anything, and he didn’t charge me for the Tow. Give this place your business! 10/10, thanks again guys!!

Today I had a flat tire and had to pull off into a gas station in Jerome a little subdivision of Springfield Illinois. Within an hour I had my spare tire put on my car and I was driving home. Kyle was the young man who came and changed my tire and was very professional and kind. For any needs I may have automotive wise these guys are the ones I will be calling first thanks again you were a lifesaver today!

I had a flat tire near Springfield and called. Maria was phenomenal and extremely helpful in making sure I could get my tire replaced as soon as possible and took the time to find the proper size and everything. The service and dedication here are unmatched to any auto shop I’ve ever been to

The service was incredible! Even when they couldn’t directly help us with the problem we had, they redirected us and organised the shipping of the parts we needed for our car when we were stranded in Springfield. I cannot thank them enough.

Pat was so professional and nice. I was so worried I'd have to get my car towed and buy a new battery which I couldn't really afford. He was abe to jump start my battery in below freezing weather. Thank you so much!!!!

Kyle was amazing! We got stuck with a faulty shift error at my son’s dr appt. He was so helpful on getting my car back to where I live! Highly recommend!

Needed a tow on a Saturday evening. Waited just over an hour which was exactly as estimated by the rep on the phone. Austin arrived and was a total professional. He got my car dropped off for me at the service center where I needed it. Would call them again!

I called through insurance to get a tow. The guy who came to my house was so professional and nice. He went approve and beyond to help me fix the brakets for my battery. I highly recommend this place and definitely will be using them again for more services. Thank you guys for all your help!!

My family and I got a blown tire off the interstate. I used my insurance's roadside assistance and Springfield is who responded. They were on the verge of closing, but still came to tow my car, and they also came in another vehicle to take my family and I to the local tire shop. They came in under thirty minutes also. This place did a phenomenal job on auto body work to my car. Steve was very easy to work with and even helped take care of some of the insurance piece. The office staff is very professional and polite. Fixed my vehicle in a timely manner. Highly recommend them!
