Midtown Inn

The employees are always busy cleaning and helping out with guests needs . The new management is great it had totally been revamped and they are going to starting to fill the hotel up. This is exactly what this motel needs. O thank you Mark for your help.

Nice 2 star hotel but the man on day shift is one of the rudest no compromising Patel i have ever met he should be limited to working around no customers and handling the site meaningless labor tasks he should not be able to engage with the public at all is they lose him I'd rate it 4 stars

the managers there are always super nice and helpful. Some of the people that live there are either super nice, in-between or super rude! I would still recommend this hotel to anyone bc the house keepers and maintenance are super helpful and nice and they love dogs ☺ they will always be more than happy to assist you and help you with everything if they can. The sheets are always clean and replaced when needed. This is a pretty good hotel to stay at!!

We were greeted amazingly and although we had reserved a room with two beds we didn’t need. We were offered a room with a single king bed. The room was clean and beautiful pictures to decorate. We were traveling through for a funeral. So at a stressful time it was nice to relax in a quiet room on our way. The picture online depicted well what we received and we were more than happy at the price we price for our stay.

Very kind and very good location only two minutes off of I55. The managers and staff are quick to help you with any problems even if it's not there job they helped me multiple times when they didn't need to. I would recommend them to anyone who would like to stay somewhere safe at a good price.

I think it is a great place people respect you and rooms are great,house keeping is also great an clean and taken care of by owners,I have been here over a year and I watched them paint inside of whole building an outside of building,an have great security in an outside of buildings and just redone entire parking lot too!!!! My hat goes off to the owners!!!!!! come stay it's worth it to see some owners care about their property an Guests :-)

Great location right off the highway close to several restaurants and a grocery store right across the street 2 marathon gas station really close and a J.C. Penney across the street as well nice and friendly staff take care of all problem I had but I only had one problem during my stay it was the hot water was cold

But the very next day it was fixed with a new hot water heater

The rooms are well kept and the management is very helpful 😄! It’s a great place to stay whether you’re on the way to Chicago or planning to explore Springfield! In addition, it’s near all the major stores so, you don’t need to add extra travel time to your day.

When I had arrived the first evening I entered the room & first thing I noticed was that it smelled GREAT! It is a smoking room, but you wouldn't had known. Then I seen the room.. Wow it is so clean, the bed was amazing, it had not your standard 3, but 5 amazingly beautiful pillows. The bathroom was also clean...Now I had been in Springfield for some business & it was going to take a week & I had planned on staying at another Hotel, which was over rated. It cost double the price then this one & it had an issue with the TV and the man at the front desk had told me they where having trouble with the TV's throughout the hotel, which I found out in the am it was only my room Which in the long run I was ok with it, because if that wouldn't had happened I would had not ended up here at this wonderful Hotel....this truly is a great place to stay.....I was so happy to see and stay here ....I will make this my hotel to stay at whenever I'm needed to stay in Springfield!!!!

Room is clean and i feel safe with the security cameras in place. Staff is friendly and great price. Shower is nice and hot and there are 2 or 3 movie channels

I was here on vacation and everyone was great! The owner were really sweet, super helpful, same with the house-keepers,. It was nice place, with amazing people! highly recommend!

I had a great stay at the mid town inn. Very polite and friendly staff. Next time I am in Springfield I will stay here. Very affordable room.

I like live in hotels that allow dog it deposit but it cheap deposit tho. It's not bother me at all and I do like this place !

I liked the tile floor. It was quiet we didn't get bothered. It was clean definitely worth the price. I will definitely stay there again.

Stayed here for 3 months while in town for work and could not have been happier. Friendly and accommodating staff, large clean spacious room with fridge and microwave, washer & dryer facility, vending, and great location close to everything you need.

Stayed here for a few months a while back, it was nice, clean room, always got new bed sheets and towels when asked for. Wonderful place to stay, thinking about coming back soon
