Overall a great office with amazing staff who try to help and accommodate their customers!

I've had service with Allstate for quite a few years.. while I've thankfully never experienced filing a claim they've always been pleasant to deal with in terms of adding and removing vehicles. The receptionist is very polite! I don't think I've ever spoken with Chris directly (started my policy years ago online)
