The restaurant was clean. The food was great. Everyone was enjoying their food and having a great time. The cashier was a little hard to understand when she spoke but she was great with the customer service...

I always try to go to this location. Nice selection for fast food, done right, and the staff is always friendly (which is always a challenge these days).

Love it. Great roast beef. The new Diablo items, if you like spicy try them . The loaded diablo fries were great

Simply put. The quality of the food is great. The service was friendly and always timely. Being a frequent restaurant eater I have not once had any common issues as with other establishments. For this I ask why can't I give a sixth star for doing so well for so many visits with no issue yet. Thank you

I don't review fast food🍔🍟 unless it's noteworthy🏆. This is only about the ARBY'S Springfield IL Veterans & Wabash location (SW corner) at 9:58 pm, 7/22/22. They close @10 😳. We're old👩🏻‍🦳👴🏼 and went to a movie📽 past our bedtime. Only to say that we honestly didn't know they were closing until the 💡went out after we ordered. Really! We're not those people! If you know when a place closes & roll up 2 min til then you are those people and should be ashamed. If they cared, you'd have never known it. Two different young employees🙍🏾👱🏻‍♀ helped us and both were so nice and professional that it obviously made an impression😊. I'm sorry I didn't see their names. The 🍔 and🥤were fresh, hot, and tasted great! Thank you from two old folks on date night! (🙋🏻🙏👍)

The Roast Brisket Sandwich is tremendously delicious! The flavor is incredible! Has bacon, and the bun is tasty too!
Service was robotic. Dining room needed tables tabled cleaned and wiped and floor swept.

Arby's is kind of my 'go to' for fast food. Quality it always good and it's not just another burger. I really like the krinkle fries they have now. Very crispy and tasty. The chocolate caramel cookies are now my favorite fast food cookie. If you take them home, pop then in the microwave for about 20 seconds and they are awesome!

Every employee at your establishment is always pleasant. We had to wait longer than usual on our last visit and your staff added some cookies to our order to compensate us for our extra wait time. We will definitely be going back. The customer service skills of your employees are excellent.

The drive-through was fast, efficient, and accurate.

We went to Arby's in Springfield by Ross, very very professional impolite, I ordered jalapeño poppers and they took a little bit longer than normal they offered us free turnovers or cookies I told him it was fine then they came back and still offered us both a free meal for our next visit which wasn't necessary either. I will go back if I'm ever in Springfield but not for my free meal because they were such courteous people. Thank you Arby's.

I come here almost every Sunday and I’ve not had a single bad experience. The poorest thing I’ve come across at this location was only a cold mozzarella stick. Still ate it! Delicious as always. My orders have been 100% accurate. Every. Single. Time.

Generally excellent service, though whennoverly busy some members of the staff can be rather rude simply in briskness. Food is expensive for what it is, but also tasty, good, and enjoyable. Overall positive, even counting rare mistakes

Never had to complain. They have been fast and consistent. (Which is important when it comes to fast food) After all Arby's is my monthly staple.

This is a fast food restaurant that serves meaty sandwiches, curly fries, shakes, some dessert options, jalapeno bites and much more. There is a wheelchair accessible door and parking spot, they accept credit and debit cards and they have drive-thru service.

Food was hot and fries were good (nothing like Crinkle fries) lol Staff very helpful and nice. We will be back !

Arby's has the best fish sandwiches and beef and cheddar sandwiches ever!! Their Horsey sauce, Bronco Berry and Arby sauce are must haves to dip golden fries or nugs in , yum!!
