Great customer service. Jackie and the manager at Deer Park were very helpful and were able to answer all of our questions. Delivery service did an excellent job setting everything up. We love the table, bench, and chairs.

Beautiful store, greeted upon entering asked for assistance and employee arrived almost immediately. Im an interior designer and Diane at the deerpark store was exceptional to work with. Fast, efficient, so helpful, informative and on top of her game. An incredible asset to the company and certainly to the experience. I have visited many Pottery Barn stores ( highland park and Skokie being two that are not good!) and have never been so pleased with a visit. I am a very fast paced thinker and come with a list of tasks to accomplish. Diane answered ALL questions with grace ease and information Greatly appreciated!!!! She will now be my go to!!! Great hire pottery barn!!

I have always had a very positive experience at Deer Park Pottery Barn. I have been shopping there for at least 6 yrs. All sales folks are very approachable, helpful, and go above and beyond to help me. No, I am not a frequent flyer.
