This is my favorite location, the staff make it fun. Prices are decent can always get in and out and find the things I need and more.
Thanks to all the staff for making it so pleasant to shop.

I had several returns after a bridal shower. Zoe and Vicki (manager) were so helpful. Vicky even ran out looking for me because a few items left on the counter had not been refunded. I was able to then get my full refund! I appreciate them and would go back.

Called to check the order of a customer frame and the store associate said they were busy and would have to call me back. I asked to speak with the manager, and the manager provided me with service right away which only took 1 minute to check the status. 5 stars because the manager quickly resolved. I'm not factoring in the lack of service from the store associate, but recommend that employees be trained to answer quick questions like checking the status of a custom frame.

Absolutely great framing g provided by the staff. They provided several different options to fit within what I wanted to pay. Friendly and professional staff. Clean and organized store. Great parking. Wheelchair accessible. ♿ I highly recommend.

2020 was bad 2021 getting better, Michaels let you get your creative side come out while being inside your home more. They have everything! I love this store! Get your creative style on!!!! Come here and make something you'll be proud to display! I made dull remembrance stones come alive!

I love going to Michael’s and all of there craft selections and I have found some amazing Cooke books there.

Great place to shop for hobbies. Good collection of various tools for painting, crafting, designing etc. reasonable pricing.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I had not been in one of these for years. I needed supplies to make a gig basket for a school raffle, and they had everything I needed. I love one stop shopping.

Went for htv vinyl and they had every color available. Customer service was ready to help find what I needed, and checkout was fast.

Love shopping here. The staff was very friendly and helpful in finding the stuff we needed. She was very patient and kept searching until finally she found what we asked for. Thank you! I find it easy to check online and find the aisle numbers, so you can be in and out of the store in no time.

Great deals always a good find in there coupons! I think they have the biggest selection of alcohol inks and customer service has been excellent everyone I go very nice cashiers also. Returns are not a headache!!!

Michaels in Deer Park, IL, today, was awesome! I was looking for metallic pencils. An employee hand walked me to location and helped me look for product. Then she told me where to look for another product. I was only able to procure ONE/last of that product. When I got to the register, the cashier tried in vain to procure another of that product I desired.
ABOVE AND BEYOND! They both made my day! Yay.

Large craft store that can accommodate most crafting needs. Have gotten a lot of supplies and have often came away with much more than I needed. Love this place and the creativity it brings out in me and my family. They have lots of framing options as well and can do a lot of custom work.

Not only did I find what I needed, I found a basket full of "maybe someday" things for my paper crafting. No quick trips for me to Michael's. There's so much to look at. Next time I'm bringing my lunch so I can have spend as much time shopping as I want.

Best framing shop in the county! Everyone in the store is super friendly and helpful.

They had all of the supplies readily accessible (acrylic paint, pipe cleaners, wood templates, etc.) that I needed to make a gift for a family member. Will definitely be returning soon!

The service I received was fantastic. A staff person got something from the very top shelf - like 12 feet up. It wasn't an east feat, and I really appreciate it.
