They have got great variety, reasonable price range, organized nicely, friendly and prompt staff, very well lit, very clean.

I purchased a bicycle and had a few questions.
I called and spoke to Bailey. She was very friendly and professional. She assured me when I had a few concerns and answered all my questions. Retail needs more people like this young lady! I’ve been a Retail Manager my entire career and believe me Bailey represents this company well with her personality and knowledge. If you need a bicycle, she’s the one to see.

I was very pleasantly surprised at this location. Plenty of sales associates to help you navigate Youth Sports. My usual especially at other locations is wandering around like a lost puppy. Grateful for the help today and was able to find everything that I needed for another season of Athletics.

The young man with dark hair has more knowledge about shoes than anyone that I have ever met!
I hate shoe shopping as I have back and ankle issues.
I did alot of research online before going into the store and knew what I was looking for. .
Honestly- I kind of ignored him at first while I was looking - and as he was talking to my husband I realized that what he was saying was not just a way to try to upsell shoes.
They didn't have the ones that I needed in stock- but he managed to find a pair that had been returned due to size- so I could try a pair on from the same company and determine which size I needed. .
Ended up ordering them thru him and had them expedited ( I wanted them before going on a trip).

This was at the end of the end of October- and I wear these shoes every day at work - and during the Holidays that meant some days were 10- 12 hours long.
I love these shoes.
And I will forever be going back to thises young man to buy my shoes. My husband was so impressed with him that he plans to go there the next time he needs to buy more shoes.
We were so impressed with this young man's knowledge! Kudos for this young man!

Called to have a jacket put on hold. The jacket was sold out everywhere else in over a 50mi radius. I drove 45 min to pick it up. As soon as they handed it to me, I noticed there was a small but inconvenient hole in the back. I wanted it so bad that I told the manager I would buy it anyway. He gave me a great discount on it!!!!! Made my night! Thank you!

Great, friendly management that were very accommodating in price-matching their competitors even a week after purchase. Selection was good and matched their online storefront, and staff were knowledgeable about the gear and helpful in picking products.

Last night we bought a ladies bicycle on sale near closing time. Since adjustments were necessary, we came back again this noon to actually pick-up the bike. Guess what? On our arrival we found the same model bike reduced another 45 dollars lower than what we paid the night before. Shane, the store manager quickly refunded our bank card the additional amount. The bike was prepped and we walked out, very happy customers. THANKS DICK'S SPORTING GOODS!

The store is much bigger on the inside than it looks from the outside. Everything is organized well..stocked very well.. and very clean.

Only disappointment is that they do not accept coupons inside the store. You have to order online to get the 20% discount.

Best selection of sizes for softball equipment for me. Plus the shoe selection is top quality. I love this store.

This is a really beautiful store with a huge assortment of products for nearly any sporting or outdoor need I can imagine. The people here are very knowledgeable and always willing to help.

Stopped in to get some shoes with my wife. Shoe area helpers were knowledgeable and polite. Selection was decent, as well.

I did a return which was quick and hassle free. Then the staff was able to help me find some odds and ends that I was looking for.

Easy return of a faulty patio chair. If given the option email receipts make it much easier to find and saves paper.
