Great customer service. They always print your receipt. Usually store owner is present. He is very welcoming with excellent people skills. I visited couple times and had great chat. I recommend the store.

The staff is very friendly and efficient! They treat their customers with the utmost respect and really care about the quality of their service. I highly recommend this store!!

Every time I've gone to this UPS store in Kildeer, the customer service has been awesome. Nazim, who i believe is the owner, has been super helpful and also a very nice person. This is a place that I actually look forward to visiting. THANK YOU!

Thank you Kildeer UPS store for staying open until your posted hours of 4:00 pm on 12/31. I originally went to the Palatine one on Dundee (whose site also stated they were open until 4:00 pm). It was 3:04 and even though someone was still inside, the door was locked. He informed me they were closed…….. After hearing that, I had also called Rolling Meadows who said they were open until 4:00. Kildeer ended up being closer.

One of the best UPS Stores in the Chicago area. Management is strong. Even in the busy season my business can count on them to be highly reliable.

Nazim is so friendly and helped me notarize a document and fax it. I didn’t realize they offered these services but since Chase bank was unhelpful I went here. Thank you!

Staff is always friendly. They always ask for your frequent shipper card (have never been offered nor asked for one at other UPS stores). Love their little customer appreciation touches like having holiday stickers for packages and handing out candy canes at Christmas.

I called in to the store today to get help with charges on our company credit card that I had no idea what they were for. Dan politely took his time and helped me track these charges down, he also called me back when more information was found. I have to say that was the best customer service I have ever received.
