Andrew Szocka, PC, helped one of our clients with a problem with a future neighbor. They had inherited a piece of property that had been in the family for a long time and because of a fire 15 years earlier, there was no longer a house on the land. Over the years the neighbor began mowing the property, and eventually built walkways, a patio and planted a garden. Because he had taken care of the land, he claimed Adverse Possession. Andrew was able to navigate a difficult and disruptive situation in a friendly way and was kind to both parties involved. He was easy to work and responds quickly to any questions or concerns. I highly recommend Andrew Szocka.

I am highly disappointed in this lawyer. Simple probate for my dad's estate. He claimed that he has done hundreds of probates.
Charged the estate for reviewing the paperwork necessary TO FILE THE WILL. Spent 4 hours with my family in his basement GLOOMY COLD on a zoom call for the court hearing. The judge told the lawyer that the affidavit wasn't correct and that in order to have it admitted that it would need to be resubmitted. Add another court date. To top it off my family didn't need to be there. Took off work with no pay.I had another hearing a month later and finally received the court paperwork to proceed with the administrative duties of the estate. The total cost for his mistake was around $2000. I asked him about it and his reply was that it HAPPENS.

I WANTED TO BE INFORMED ON HOW THE REST OF THE PROBATE PROCESS WORKED.
I was billed for THIS INFORMATION. HIS ATTORNEY PROVIDED THE wrong information. His lawyer quit a month later . There are many more issues with this lawyer. My ordeal cost my dad's estate several thousands of dollars thus far. Very deceitful about future fees and what the cost to finish the probate are.

LACKS KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THE ADMINISTRATION Fees for the estate executor. He told me he didn't have time to check the case law .

VERY DISAPPOINTED.
