Trevor installed a hot water heater for me yesterday. He was a pleasure to deal with, kept the work area tidy and dealt with the challenges unique to the installation professionally and cheerfully in that he made sure that I understood his rationale for for doing things the way he did. I rate Trevor and Jones Plumbing as being a superior plumbing service.

I was unsure of who to contact to fix the water pipe leak in my front yard.
So, I asked for recommendations on the nextdoor app and had several people say "Jones Plumbing". Brian Jones came out and gave us an estimate and said he would have it done the next day. They did a great job, very efficient and knowledgeable about fixing water leaks in front yards. I would highly recommend Jones Plumbing. Brian is also very honest, he could've raised his price on me because I told him how much our other estimates were.

Brian and crew Jason, Trevor they are the best. When my blessed Dave was making his way to heaven last year the water heater stop working. They had a new one in less than 24 hours.
This year they did a whole laundry list of plumbing issues.

I contacted Jones Plumbing to replace the main shut off valve in our house. He contacted me within a day to schedule the work. He was here at the scheduled time, and was finished with the work in a half an hour, and was very friendly, professional, and did a great job.

This was the second time I've called Brian for plumbing repairs, the first was for new piping to repair a leak near the whole house shut off, this time most recently was to repair a leaking supply pipe to the toilet, add a shut off valve, and replace the fill valve. Everything went well. The work was scheduled quickly after I called, then prompt arrival, work done well and completed same day, fair pricing.

Brian & his crew called us back immediately when we reached out regarding dishwasher install & garbage disposal replacement. We had such a great experience, we had him back to install a couple toilets. Very professional and kind...willing to answer any & all questions. Very cost effective as well. HIGHLY recommend!!!

Jones Plumbing is GREAT. Brian took one step into my basement when I bought my house and pin pointed every potential problem I could expect to see in the future with my plumbing -- It is somewhat of an older home and the cast iron plumbing is less than desirable. When I started having plumbing issues a few years later, he again came over, took one look at where the issues were, and CORRECTLY diagnosed my problem. I had an extreme amount of roots in my main line and he knew just by looking at the debris that had collected in my basement. He was able to cut into the cast iron pipe and replace it with a more-modern clean-out fixture in a VERY reasonable time frame. He also explained to me what was going on in a way that I could understand, and did not try to take me for all I'm worth by upselling services, etc. He actually told me that his 'gut feeling' was that it wasn't as bad as it could be. My plumbing is still being worked on, so I will most likely edit this review later, but I cannot thank him enough for the work he has provided (and continues to provide) on my behalf.

Mr. Jones is always responsive when I’m in need. And his work is of the upmost quality. He goes above and beyond the job to make things right.

Small business but reliable and able to get the job done. Used them only once but very satisfied.

This company NEVER calls you back. We were assigned them to fix a leak in our water heater from Home Warranties of America. He never called us to schedule an appointment ever after we called 3 times and left voicemails. I don't know how you get any business done if you don't return phone calls.

Was sent to Jones Plumbing through my Home Warranty company. They never returned my calls or apparently the calls from the Home Warranty company. No call, no text, no explanation. Very frustrating.

This man is dishonest and unresponsive and shady. Do NOT hire Brian Jones to do anything.
