The office and my appointment was very positive. My hygienists was friendly and helpful. I moved to Illinois a year ago and had to find all new doctors and a dentist. My family loved Kopp and Bloom and readily recommended their office. I’m happy with them and feel they truly care about their clients.

We recently moved to the area and needed to find a new dentist! Dr. Bloom and Kopp were recommended and my family of 6 all went. They are amazing! We have seen both dentists and love them! The office is friendly and helpful and they have made our normally terrifying dental experiences pleasant!! They listen to any fears or worries and really work with you! Best part is they do excellent work!

My husband and I had great appointments today with Dr. Bloom. I was one of those people that hated going to the dentist, but no longer! Dr. Bloom provided individualized care that was thorough yet gentle, taking time to answer all my questions. The hygienist did a great job, without causing pain. The office staff was very pleasant.

The staff at Kopp & Bloom DDS are the best! They are great with all ages and families! The hygienist’s are very sweet, professional, and will give you tips and recommendations for better at-home care. The Doctor’s are easy to talk to and the environment is clean and comfortable.

I want to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for the entire staff at Kopp & Bloom. My son broke three teeth while riding his Bmx bike. We are from North Carolina and he was visiting his Uncle without us for a couple of weeks. Dr. Bloom personally spoke with us over the phone and laid out our options. Since this was an emergency, there were no appointments on this day. He gave up his lunch hour to address our son's broken teeth. Our son had a couple of follow up visit prior to leaving his Uncle's in Lake in the Hills. The entire staff went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met. They were professional, compassionate and courteous. I cannot remember the last time I have received such superior customer service. I highly recommend this dental team!

I brought my child here to have a cavity filled and I can not say enough positive things about Dr. Kopp and the staff. They knew exactly what to say to my kid to make her comfortable. The whole process only took about 20 minutes and my kid did not cry or seem uncomfortable. I have absolute confidence in recommending this practice to anybody.

I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. That is saying a lot since I do not enjoy going to the dentist. I also enjoyed the conversation while waiting for the numbing agent to take hold. Truly delightful people. Thanks for making the experience a pleasant one.

The office is clean and bright, and the people are all super nice. I messed up my appointment time (even after they sent me reminders), and they were very gracious about it and got me back in right away.
