Great people. Friendly and professional. The helped get my F150 running, new water pump same day as I had my other car out of town. Excellent quality too! I have my Yukon in right now for some maintenance as well.

Needed new brakes all around on my 2018 KIA Soul. I called Jack (the owner) and he told me he had all the parts in stock and told me I could bring in the car the next Day. He also told me exactly how much it would cost which came in lower than another place that had given me an estimate by nearly $300.00. Brought the car in this afternoon. Jack told me the work could be completed today! They took my car in immediately and went to work. The waiting room was spacious and comfortable with two computers customers could use and a room with several working pinball machines (which were FREE). Was there maybe 3 hours and it didn't seem that long.
The work was completed at the price that was quoted- no surprises. My experience at JAX was positive. Honesty and Integrity was what I saw. I will be a repeat customer in the future!

Jax is the only place I will take my car. I know I can rely on Jack to be completely honest and do quality work. His prices are very reasonable too. I drive 45 minutes just to take my car to him because I do not trust anyone else.

Broke down on RT 31, able to limp into parking lot as my car lost all throttle. Left car and dropped key in box. Jack promptly repaired next day- good as new! Great service and communication. I had the valve core in a TPMS sensor fail while on a road trip from the west coast. I came in first thing in the morning without an appointment, and asked if they could fit me in.

Not only did they have the problem repaired quickly, the price for the part and the charge for labor were both very reasonable.
