My date and I ate dinner at Ruby Thailand's. The food was exceptional! We started with spring rolls, my date had Pad Thai with duck, and I had the Red Curry Duck. Delicious! The flavors you can only get from authentic Thai cuisine.

We stopped by for a dinner as party of 11. Each one of us enjoyed the food and hospitality. Loved the crispy basil duck and drunken noodle. Both dishes were perfect.

A very nice family owned restaurant that offers great food and fantastic service.
We tried few dishes. All were very good. Mango Haddock and Mango sticky rice were both worth the drive here

Great Thai dishes. Friendly staff. Discovered this place whole driving by around lunch time. Gorgeous atmosphere. Visiting the area but if I ever return to the area, definitely returning.

Very good Thai restaurant with Thai taste

The pho with duck is incredible! I added their spicy chili sauce and it was perfect. This was definitely one of the best bowls of pho I've ever had if not the best!!

I am a great fan of Ruby Thailand Cuisine. I have enjoyed their food for many years! The staff members are friendly and accommodate my needs for gluten and soy free dishes. A great place for take-out!

Nice cozy spot

The food is amazing! I'm a visitor to Portland and I was looking for a good Thai place to eat. I am happy I found Ruby Thailand Cuisine. It's great food and while a little pricey, it was worth it. If I lived here, I would definitely go back!

I loved it! The coconut curry dish was absolutely delicious! Tasty, light, a generous portion, loaded with vegetables, it was perfect. A delightful presentation, and the restaurant was squeaky clean! Friendly service, too! 5 Stars from Cap'n Bill-

The people at Ruby Thailand are great. The staff is always very friendly and my son loves getting to pick out a piece of after dinner candy. The food is the best Thai food around in my opinion. We have tried a lot on the menu and everything has been fantastic. They have THE best crab rangoon hands down. My personal favorite entre is the basil chicken pad thai. Plenty of parking even though it looks tight from the street. Do yourself a favor and give these folks a try asap.

The massaman curry and fried chicken pad thai were so good! Friendly service too. My kids loved it all. Especially the curry puff pumpkin.

We stopped at Ruby’s while exploring portland light house. Everything we ordered was awesome. We ordered bobba matcha tea, crispy basil duck, chicken drunken noodles, and it was some of the best thai dish I had.

Amazing!! I loved the environment of this restaurant. Very charming and cozy. Our server was super lovely. I had the pad thai, tom kha soup, and thai iced tea. All three were some of the best I've ever had! Super pleased and excited to visit again.

Love this place. Such nice staff and the food is always great…this spot is our go to! Very flavorful, spice levels are always accurate and lots of Choices for the whole family to enjoy.
