Great place!

Convenience store attached to the Shell. Hours aren't accurate online and should be updated. Aside from that, not much to complain of. Has everything you would expect from a gas station convenience store at convenience store prices.

You should not be working behind a counter if none of you have any customer service experience...

I've been going to this store for over 30 years. And I only recently had a negative experience. I cashed in
$17.00 worth of winning lottery tickets and purchased $17.00 worth of new lottery tickets. The clerk, Emily, said I owed her $5.00. I counted out the $17.00 transaction three times to her and she still insisted I owed her $5.00. It's very basic math, but she couldn't comprehend it. I just took my tickets and told her I'd be talking to her manager. I tried calling the phone number posted on their website, to talk to the manager, multiple times and got a message saying that was not a working number. What's up with that???

Rude nasty old lady behind counter today. By far the worst customer service I have ever received. She refused to let me use my shell fuel rewards when purchasing my items. Definitely not returning to this store again!!!
