I would rate these cellphone medics 10 stars if I could but given the limitation of 5 will call it 5+ (am generally critical and rarely grant anyone 5). Having resorted to this business and known these three medics for a few years and the work they do–from activating new phones to helping work out glitches to explaining any number of technical issues to resolving various logistic problems to providing helpful suggestions to recharging my phone on many occasions–I can recommend them without any hesitation or reservation. Their energy and patience and generosity as well as their knowledge and competence have proven inestimable time and again, their moral integrity sterling and diligence stellar. The good humor of each makes it a joy to know them.

My cell phone just all of the sudden, randomly died and wouldn't turn back on. We called and he was able to fix it over the phone. They are amazing! Would recommend them to anybody with cellphone issues. We have used them before with other phones and they have been extremely helpful!

These guys are the best, all the reviews are true. I needed all my data transferred from my old phone to my new phone, even though the screen stopped working and the charging port did too. They worked their magic and were able to get all the data from the old phone onto the new one in a few hours, and even stayed open a little later than close for me. Give them your business, there’s no competition!

Gave me exactly what I asked for for a Amazing price. There was another lady being helped. Bless her soul needed a lot of help. They were 100 percent respect and gave her what she asked for as well. Infinite patience to answer all of her questions!

I brought my broken phone in hoping to get the data moved to my new phone, and he was able to do it. My cell provider was absolutely no help at all, these guys helped when no one else would. So I was doing my son a favor and trying to help him save some money and fix a phone!

I was recommended to go to cell phone, medic and much to my surprise, Glen and his crew are very knowledgeable and what they do!!

I noticed the sign hanging there we buy old phones, since I have four kids I’ve been collecting a few… 🙄

The bottom line is Glen hooked me up and we got the phone repaired for my son at a much more reasonable rate, turning in a few old phones that were just sitting around. They were all pleasant easy to deal with and had great customer service!

Customer service is everything these days and I have to give them five stars because they were absolutely wonderful to work with

So this was was my second time visiting the store, and the customer service I received both times was beyond what I could’ve bargained for. I needed my phone screen replaced a second time, and upon intending to have just that done, was shortly after informed that I also needed a battery replacement, which was really hurting my phones usage, and needed urgent attention.

I have truly sensed a feeling of genuine care towards the people they serve, and after my last service appointment I stayed and talked with Glen, who only made it more evident that what I saw was the real deal; honesty, trust, and quality care customer service is what they aim to provide.

Glen and his team have been so helpful. They ordered a battery for my phone and installed it in a timely manner. They didn't try to sell me a new phone and were able to fix the older model I have. I'd highly recommend them to anyone! Thanks guys💗

All three of the guys I worked with were courteous, knowledgeable, and patient. My old phone was basically destroyed but they were still able to transfer the data to the new phone. Highly recommended! And the old Beatles' background music & videos was cool.

These folks are the best! Good service, helpful and invested in giving advice that is good for the customer and the customer's wallet. I've been to see them over the years about three cell phones and two iPads now. Happy every time.

The guys there are pretty cool. They fixed my phone screen within a decent amount of time. It was cracked pretty bad and they took care of everything basically making it look brand new. I'd recommend cell phone medic to anyone that's looking to get their phone repaired.

Always good a place to go and get your phone fixed no matter what. They are professional and Glynn sure knows how to pick his professional staff.

These guys are THE BEST! Absolute pros and extremely knowledgeable about their craft. I had a screen replaced on an old IPhone 8. they had the screen in stock and were able to replace it far faster than I thought possible. I was able to save a lot of money by trading in that phone since it was repaired so quickly and expertly. They have great deals on repairs and phone insurance too! I wish I could remember the gentleman's name who helped me out, he was extremely courteous and helpful the whole process. He offered tips and recommendations for cases and screen protectors too. I just moved up to the area and finding local businesses like this one who I know I can rely on is crucial for me. Best impression ever here! Thank you SO MUCH guys for your fast and professional help!! I will be back!
