Renys Department Store

Renys is a great store. They have a mix of items. A very popular place to shop in Maine.

Found some great buys- as always!
Nice selection of clothing, shoes, housewares, cleaning products, decorative items and foods.

Great store for variety and last-minute Christmas shopping. Always have great puzzles if you like puzzles.

This is a very unique store as are other Renys in Maine. The store is hard to describe, all I can say is it’s like a huge general store. You can find most anything in here from toys, cooking supplies, seasonal items, clothing, shoes, food and sporting type items. They have a large amount of name brand products like Carhartt and Boggs foot wear and very good selection of work boots. You really need to go up and down the aisles and who knows what you’ll find. They have ample amount of workers on the floor and registers. You should try to visit a Renys!
This place never stops amazing me! They have very good quality items at very good prices. I recently got a Taylor brand name meat thermometer for $3.99 and it has the recommended temps and a movable marker to make it easier to see when the needle gets to your desired temp. I also got a Craftsman led headlamp for $9.99 and takes three AAA batteries. I've already used this headlamp to go up into our unlit attic space and it lit up the area nicely, putting the light right where I was looking. The headlamp is of very good quality and allows you to tilt the light to the level you need.

Fun store to shop around in. Bought a necklace to “knot” forget my coffee date.

Classic. Probably the best Renys in Maine. Always have some good deals, and the team members are friendly.

Love Renys! Great Maine products and they have most everything! I got the cutest Burt's Bee baby rompers for an excellent price!

This is a great one stop shop for whatever you need. If you are looking for Maine souvenirs, Renys has the best. They have an assortment of clothing, shoes, household goods, food, etc. They also have a great Carhartt selection!

Great selection here. From groceries (check expiration date before buying, all the food items that I looked at were expired or expiring in a week) to bedding to clothes. Very good prices for most items.

I purchased a fleece jacket here of equal quality as any major brand (Arctyrjx , Northface, REI, etc…) at a shamelessly low price. I’m going on 2 years with it now and it’s keeping up just fine in terms of durability with the rest of the pack. Should you want to buy name brands, though, Reny’s has those, too! Great franchise.

Ocean State meets Marden's. Always a good experience. We especially love the food section which te do to have things not normally found at the local grocery store. Cloths, toys, camping items, it's definitely worth taking a peek.

DUDE they have temporary tattoos!! Which is so badass its undeniable that you should visit renys on a visit to Maine

Stopped at Renys today. Greated at the door with a friendly hello and a spritz of sanitizer. All employees and Shoppers were wearing masks. People were very polite and friendly with one another and the cashiers are very friendly as well. Instructions for waiting in line or very clearly marked on the floor. Great stock of food and cleaning products. Thanks for your hard work!

Great store all the way around: staff very pleasant to interact with & most helpful from the moment you walk in, a spotless bathroom and entire store! Good selection of merchandise...purchased Bogg wet weather boots (unexpected find & on-line reviews were clearly indicating you should/need to ✓out the product in a store situation versus on-line purchase - where you can't kick the tires, you make a best guess and take your chances, esp. if you need to return the item;) a very nice comforter (red/black checkered pattern,) for $29.99 - similar (but w/designer label) @ Marshall's next door for $79.99. Both are 'Made in China' products and machine washable. Beige pattern can be found at BJs for Rent price. The product selection covered pretty much all departments except hardware (which is just fine - that's what Home Depot, Lowe's & Walmart are there for a short distance away.) Running late so I did NOT take my sweet time, but will do that next time definitely. THANK YOU for the excellent shopping experience...looking forward to returning very soon! 😊

I always forget about this location. Store is clean and easy to shop. Immaculate restroom. Friendly staff. I found some good deals.

Great prices on name brand clothing. They do black out the labels on the clothing so is hard to identify some of them which makes sizing brand to brand somewhat difficult(we all know a medium in one is not guaranteed to be the same in another). Shoes, boots, sandals etc for the whole family. Great prices on toys, beating walmart more than once in my experience. You can get dry goods, kitchenware, storage solutions, cleaning supplies, clothing, decorations, outerwear, outdoor gear and anything else you can think of. They do offer a free layaway with every 2 weeks payments and 10% down. Staff is wonderful. Is a regular stop in my shopping route.

Love Reny's!! Lots of practical home stuff that you might need going upta camp, of just around home. Plus clothes and an interesting selection of foods and gardening supplies and sporting fear. Just a very cool store.

Renys always has the things I am looking for. The variety is great. Friendly and helpful staff.
