Looking to rent a house in the area. The sizes and breed are listed as 'conditional'. Carolyn said 'we aren't bias.' The definition of bias is: prejudice in favor of or against one thing, person, or group compared with another, usually in a way considered to be unfair. I have rescues that are a pit mix. She did not budge although she did say she would reach out to the owners of the house on my behalf. Which she didn't. She didn't even follow up. What's crazy is that I've met other realtors who took into account that our dogs have been formally trained, have never torn up our house and we have an excellent credit score. We are responsible pet owners and home owners. I would not recommend using this company. If they're bias about pet breeds, what else are they bias about...
