Rite Aid

Because I no longer had health insurance I was ready to explain to the pharmacy tech that I no longer had insurance temporarily for my birth control prescription and what options did I have. It was like she knew me cause I've been a customer of this pharmacy for years. She was so friendly and rung me up without asking for my name, cause she knew me and asked just my DOB. I just want to say THANK YOU to her. I didn't have to explain, she simply took care of me. Thank you also to the pharmacist who gave me the options before my insurance ended.

I live in the area and come here for all of my needs - definitely one of the better drug stores in the area. Awesome employees and everything is always in stock. Thank you Rite Aid!

I made the switch to this pharmacy a few months back, and I’m so grateful I did. Alvin, the Pharmacist, has been so helpful to me, with any question I have. He is kind and patient. The pharmacy techs have also been extremely kind and caring, as well. It’s also nice to have a place where you recognize the staff, they recognize you, and it’s not a different face every time you go in. I truly appreciate all the work they do. Thank you!

I had a great shopping experience at this location! One employee saw me looking around and could easily notice that I didn't find what I was looking for. He was very helpful and able to point me in the right direction. The cashier was super friendly. I didn't get her name but today's date is 07/13/22 and we went into the store at about 6pm. It was pleasure chatting with her during our short transaction upon the bonus for me was the fact that the store was super clean and upon entering and leaving, we could smell the fresh pinesol!

Stopped in for a quick snack and the cashier was super friendly. Probably one of the nicest cashiers I ever met. She told me her name was Sharon. Today is November 23, 2021 and I stopped in at approximately 3:30pm. She was extremely kind & wished me a Happy Thanksgiving on my way out. I recommend giving her a raise or bonus of the sort. I enjoyed my visit and I was simply grabbing a quick snack. It’s the little things that matter…

We switched over from CVS and never looked back, this was 20 years ago. Rite Aid staff and Pharmacist, Elvin, are the best we could ask for. Very convenient, clean, respectful store.

With so many stores to choose from, such as Walgreen's, Rite-Aid, CVS, etc., my family and I work to remain loyal to Rite-Aid ... not just any Rite-Aid, but Berkley, Michigan's store.
For one, as you progressively shop at this store, and over a year's time, you may earn a % discount for the complete following year. I hope that program is still in place, but it has worked tremendously for us.
Secondly, the staff at the Pharmacy are amazing. I would say with all confidence the team works harder on my health and ensuring I am keeping up with my medications more than my doctors. I never hear from them, yet the pharmacists will call me about prescriptions. I can't think at the moment of the young lady's name who is a pharmacist ... she is great. Al is also terrific as are the additional staff.

We love this Rite Aid because of the wonderful team they have there. The ladies make you feel welcomed, remember you and never make you feel like you’re interrupting their day which is all too common these days. Berkley feels like a small town to us, having lived here for 14 years and we love that. The Rite Aid reinforces this.

Best candy selection. Much better then that knock off pharmacy walgreens. If you need grocery basics. Cosmetics and or cold medicine. Best location. Worth the travel.

The store is very clean, you smell pine sol upon entering and exiting the store. Also the customer service is Great everyone I encountered seemed friendly. Will definitely recommend this store to everyone

Extremely impressed with the pharmacy here. Every pharmacist I've talked to has been pleasant and bends over backwards to make sure I get my medication filled, even when I had trouble with the insurance company.
