One of the best massages I've had. Adeliah does an excellent job of communicating with you to figure out where you need work, and uses a variety of techniques to work on problem areas. So glad to have found her in the cities!

My first appointment at Twin Cities Massage was honestly one of the best experiences I've had. I've been getting massages every 2-3 months for the past few years and while I've mostly enjoyed all of them, I felt like Adeliah really listened to my concerns and was able to intuitively work through all the aches and pains (and then some!) For example, I was dealing with some neck pain and she spent some time breaking down the fascia around my EARS which made a world of difference. Bedside manner was really professional and caring. I appreciated that she just went to work and didn't try too hard to make conversation but still checked in. The space is really clean and minimal and the music was good! I'll definitely be back.

I had a great massage with Adeliah. She listened to my concerns and worked on those areas. She did a really good deep tissue massage (she is strong!) which I have had a hard time finding in other massage therapists. I can’t wait to go back!

A friend booked me for a session with Adeliah and I am super grateful for the work that she did on me. I went in with some tightness in my left shoulder and she managed work it out along with finding and removing a whole set of knots on my right side that I hadn't even realized were there. She checked in with me to see if the pressure was to my preference and was very thorough with each spot that she found. Thank you, Adeliah! I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in town.

Adeliah is fantastic with her hands! I came in with slight back pain and felt very tight. After my hour session I felt so relaxed! She was able to work out those problem areas but also made sure you were always comfortable with the pressure. I would highly recommend Adeliah!
