Avis Car Rental

We highly recommend this Avis location. We have used them several times and have always received great friendly service. When we requested a larger vehicle Mohamed immediately made the change and went and prepared a different car. And on return we forgot some items in the car and even though it was almost closing Mohamed said no worries he would stay until we returned. We appreciate the ease of doing business with the Burnsville Avis!!

I always have a great experience renting from the burnsville location. I have rented with either Avis or Budget in the Burnsville location and never had a problem. Manager has also been helpful and kind. I have probably rented 5 vans or large suvs from this location and always got the vehicle I requested.

I had tried to reach the Burnsville office directly also. It seems like it is a one man operation, which is OK. The national number actually performed very well. I was looking for an unlimited mileage program because I knew I would go over the allotted miles.
The gentleman at national asked me where I was going, etc. He then worked up a great program that probably saved me $400 overall on the rental. The next surprise was the vehicle! 15 total miles on it! Very comfortable.
The gentleman at the Burnsville location was very knowledgeable and had the car ready when I arrived. When I returned, very easy return. Will always come here from now on!

Whenever I need a rental, I will only go to the AVIS Burnsville, MN location. I have worked with Mohamed for several years and he is always extremely helpful and efficient. He works very hard at making certain that you are very satisfied and his service is TOPS! The location is easy to access and you are always greeted with a smile. Excellent service and cars are always clean and ready to roll.

We've been coming to the Burnsville Avis location for a few years now. We've always been very pleased with the service. The vehicles are always very clean when we pick up. The store manager/front-desk person is a very nice gentleman and very helpful. I highly recommend this Avis!

Best services ever.. I had rented a car from this office, and I was very happy the services I got. I requested a family car and the I got the car I wanted & it was very clean and he gave me very nice discount. That was the best family vacation ever and I can't to rent from them again. Don't rent very often, and so our meeting seemed almost...serendipitous. Mohammed was welcoming, pleasant, engaging (all qualities you can anticipate in GA State U alumni!). The new Highlander rode like a dreamy 'magic carpet'. Whole process was seamless. Found my go-to rental place here...

I have been renting from Avis from the Burnsville, MN location and have had superior service. Cars are clean, friendly service and they are always prepared and I get my rental car very quickly with no hassle. Very pleased with the service!
