Worked with Will today who helped my mom purchase some beadboard. Will was very kind, friendly and professional. Thank you! Overall this a very clean and well stocked/staffed store. I can always find what I need and the service is pretty great more often than not.

Ryobi product has pretty much disappeared. I've called in for a mower and I've called in for a simple repair like a caulking gun and they want me to go north of St. Paul to Reed's repair. Last time I went there they had my lawn mower from April all the way till October.

Exceptional Service received at this Home Depot! Ask for Braden or Tara - they took the time to help us with something that would not normally happen! We needed to be able to roll a tool cart out versus having it in a box because my husband has a bad back, so lifting the box at home would have been impossible. They unboxed and put wheels on one for us since there weren't any already assembled. Super helpful and went above and beyond! You just don't get this kind of customer service anywhere anymore so we were very pleasantly surprised!

I love this store, they always have what I need and everyone is always so nice and helpful. I was here today getting some painting supplies that I needed for my bathroom project. In the self checkout line I was greeted by Sandi, she was the sweetest lady ever. She was so incredibly nice and friendly, she asked me about my projects, and really brightened my day. I definitely hope I get the pleasure of seeing Sandi next time I’m in the store!

I had a wonderful experience at the home depot. I went in looking for some good grass seed and the tall gentleman, i believe his name is Alex, helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Way to go home depot, best customer service i have had in a while.

Home Depot in Burnsville is my go-to spot (when in the area) for all my home improvement needs. Their staff is always friendly, attentive, and eager to help, making every visit a pleasant experience. The store is well-organized and stocked with a wide range of products to meet any DIY project's needs. My only gripe is the lack of a rental center at this location. It would be nice to have the option to rent tools for one-off projects, as not everyone has the space or budget for certain tools. Despite this, I continue to come back to this Home Depot due to their excellent customer service

Went to the Home Depot to buy water softeners a young man named Israel was kind enough to help me lift them, this shows great working spirit.

Staff at this store are great! I wish I grabbed the name of the gentleman who listened to my indecisive reasoning in lighting. 🤣 He really wanted to help.

Checkout is marked boldly for Covid-19 expectations and plenty of registers open on a late Friday evening. I tend to forget about this location since it's sort of tucked away but it never disappoints in service.

I do wish customers would be more considerate with putting away carts and trash in the parking lot. There are plenty corrals that are appropriately placed for ease.

Identified the needed product on the app and confirmed inventory before heading into the store. Just had to find it in the store. Almost stumbled over it... Thanks!

Home Depot has become my primary supplier for home repair and improvement supplies. They offer a wide variety of high quality items, but best of all, their return policy is totally hassle free. I hate running out of supplies in the middle of a job, but their return policy makes it easy to buy more than enough the first time. If I buy too much, I can easily return the left-overs whenever it's convenient later.

Employees went above and beyond to help us today! My partner and I went to purchase a grill and they informed that we could get it assembled or in a box. It'd be awesome to have it already assembled!

We had a sedan so we weren't sure if the assembled would fit. Two employees rolled out the assembled grill to my car and thought of every way possible to get it in the car safely. Unfortunately it wouldn't fit.

Then the employees had to find the box and bring that out to my car. The box was just a small amount too big on one corner. We had the option to rent a truck or open up the box and put the pieces in the car. They boxed all of the pieces and put them in our car!

Even the fellow at the self checkout was helpful in finding my home depot account and card to pay with since I forgot the card at home. Customer service is fantastic at this store, thanks so much for a great experience!

I like this Home Depot location, it's clean, well-stocked, and they always have friendly employees.

I've gone to this location multiple times, and I've always been able to find help quickly if I need it. They'll spend any time necessary to find you something you need, cut lumber for you, and overall are just very helpful.

I'm also quite happy with the new self-checkout lanes, it makes a quick run in for something quick and painless!
