LOVED this place! Visited from Oklahoma City and wanted to try a Juicy Lucy since we were in Minnesota. Read reviews that this was a good place for them and it was near the Zoo. (Which we had just left!)

Guys... They serve you popcorn when you get there! It is glorious well popped and buttered and salted popcorn.

Monday through Friday they do half price appetizers after 3 until 5 (I think). We got the Frickles and the Cheese Curds. The Frickles were soooo good! You must order them!

I got the Juicy Lulu and it did not disappoint. It lived up to it's name! It was juicy and stuffed with cheese. I was so glad that I ordered it.

If you are close, you need to eat here. I wish they were in Oklahoma!

I have been to this location multiple times. The food is always good, the burgers are amazing and both the loaded tots and the sweet potatoe fries are amazing sides. Finally writing a review because of the excellent service from Lukas. I was very impressed with how hard he worked. He was super fast, very attentive, and overall just very professional, to myself and all the other tables in his section.

Honestly, great atmosphere and consistent-friendly service. I tried three items, this is how they did:

1- Frickles. 8/10
Pretty good, they definitely got the crunch right. Could use more flavor in the fry batter.

2- L13 Cheese tots. 10/10
These were fire, absolutely didn’t miss. These cheese-stuffs tots paired with seasoned-sour-cream are absolutely bussin.

3- Bonless Buffalo Wings. 6/10
These weren’t bad. I will say, they were prepared a little weird. It seems like the cut up chicken breast into little peices, bread, and fry them. They are a bit chewy?

Overall this place has good-tunes and is a nice pit-stop for chillax’n with food, beer, and friends. Probably one of the few things keeping the Burnsville Mall alive.

Food was awesome as was the portion size. The service was slower than i would have liked but the staff was very friendly. The nachos i posted were only a half order

Exceptional service from Lukas during our dining experience! His attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and promptness truly elevated our meal. The very first time we visited Luckys we asked for a tray of oranges for our daughter. He always remembers every single time we come back in! Lukas went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction, offering insightful recommendations and ensuring all our needs were met throughout the evening. His professionalism and warmth made our dining experience memorable. We'll definitely be returning, thanks in large part to Lukas' outstanding service!

DREW - Was our server last night, and he was amazing! My son is 12 and is in-between the kids and adult menu. He likes grilled cheese, and the adult version had guacamole and tomatoes. It was a bit too spicy, and I asked them to make a kid's version and told him that I would pay for both. When I got the bill it said NO LIKE and the adult version was refunded. WOW! I told him that I would give him a big tip. He said that this is what they do. They want their customers to leave happy! I was 100% a happy customer! Thanks Lucky 🍀 13! We'll be back for sure! P.S. Love the free popcorn too!

We got to be seated fast and out waitress was so sweet. Food came out fast and hot. I’d HIGHLY suggest the desert !!!

Fantastic! I love this location! Love the food and love the servers! Came on a Friday night and Cole helped us. The way the guys worked together as a team was awesome! I’ve worked in restaurants my whole life and they have it down pat!! I always come here when in the cities 💖💖💖

Went here for pulltabs and drinks ended up loving Bingo on Tuesdays. Also food is quality! The beef tips, salads and sandwiches and burgers are great!

The best part of our lunch was our server, Pedro! He was exceptional! The food was great (new green chili burger is fab), as always, too. Nice break from the holiday rush.

We had a great experience at Lucky's Pub 13 in Burnsville, our waiter, Lucas, and the host were so accomidating! We are not from the area and wanted to watch the Iowa Women's Basketball game, they turned it on for us and we stayed for the duration of the game and felt as if we were VIP with the treatment we receieved from staff. Food and drinks were just an added bonus but it was the staff that made everything so much fun!

Great food. Cole was our server who provided attentive service. I had gluten free Juicy lulu with fresh fruit, very good and safe.

Ordered:
Boneless Dry Rub wings: Amazing flavor. Chilli: no one beats it.
Club (BE HUNGRY)/burger (always a solid).
We have frequented Lucky13 since it opened (all locations). We always get great service but LUCAS tonight stood out. PRO. Excellent service, always on his feet and kept his station spotless. When you used to run large popular (un named) restaurants and ya get 'lucky' enough to land a 'Lucas' for service---- order another round and ENJOY your time.

My wife and I come time to time. Drew and Tyler were bartending, they made sure food is correct and kept up the fun vibes in the bar. Friendly and fun people! As long as those two are bartending, we’ll always come back for the service they provide!

Our server Cole was very fun and knowledgeable, guided us to great specials at the restaurant. The food was fantastic and we will certainly come again!

Menu has great variety of apps, meals, and sandwiches. Monday is burger night, and the discount deals are really good! Ask to be seated in Lucas' section -- he is very attentive and friendly, but not intrusive or annoying.

Was surprised at how good the food was. Burger and fries isn’t normally something to get wrong, but this was better than expected. Patio is very dog friendly and even had a fireplace burning by our table. Way more than expected for a mall restaurant. Price and quality/quantity is great. Best, though, was the above and beyond service. Wish I’d have asked our server’s name. She was awesome. I couldn’t decide between fries and onion rings, so she brought half and half. I’ve never heard of that and was so pleasantly surprised. It seems small, but is huge these days where it seems customer service doesn’t matter to most. Thank you!! Looking forward to coming back.
