I love this location. Very clean and organized and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The only place I shop for books anymore!

Lots of books! In my opinion my favorite books are the Manga! (If yoy don't know what manga are then I'll tell you! There japanese books, mainly from an anime* to the manga!) *Anime is a japanese cartoon*

I love the brick-and-mortar book experience, and the coffee shop brings it over the top. Please come back to Apple Valley and reopen a shop there!

Great selection, easy parking, and the Starbucks cafe is done right. The kindest staff who go above and beyond making it stand out amongst other BnB locations.

This is my favorite Barnes and Noble in the Twin Cities their selection is awesome and the staff is totally professional.

Ordered books online, walked in, and picked up my order at the checkout counter with no problems it was amazing.

Went here to get some books for gifts and I was really lost. I walked in and had know idea where to start, so I headed straight for the help desk in the center of the store. The gentleman was very kind and extremely helpful. He walked me to the area where I would find the genre I was looking for and even explained and recommended some books. Then I ask for another genre and he told me where I would find them and if I needed him he would be back and the help desk.
The check out line was very long and only one check out person. But that’s to be expected because employees are hard to find. The lady that was checking out was very nice asking everyone if they are A member of a savings club and asking if they needed gift receipts. Employees were smiling even though they were being stretch very thin. They are doing a great job!

Love this place! Some unique items and LOTS of books!!

I needed a book on short notice and the store was very helpful.

This is a clean store, with an excellent book selection for adults and children, huge toy and LEGO area, and a coffee shop. Really enjoy getting books from here.

I'm so happy Barnes & Noble is still around.

With access to a small cafe, clean restrooms, and helpful staff, there is nothing more I need to be a happy reader. Not that B&N is the only bookstore in town, I just love to visit, look around, and spend time there.

There's always so much to look at at this store. If you can't find what you're looking for, you're not looking hard enough

I adore the Burnsville Barnes &Noble. The only drawback is I find so much to buy. I love that I can find unique gifts for the holidays and birthdays. This location is my happy place it is well taken care of and the employees are top notch.

Barnes and Noble is one of my favorite places to spend hours browsing.

I sat and waited for my daughter and her son to buys books, and get me some.

Well organized, helpful staff and always seems to be stocked with current books and trending social media material .

Good location to shop at and if they don’t have something that you are searching for they always are fast to have it delivered and they notify you as well :)

Such a great environment. My kids and I love it. The staff is amazing as well.
